referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\">Uber周三最深跌超3%,收跌超2%,报收41.81美元,今年迄今累跌18%,跑输同期标普500指数大盘逾17%的涨幅,较2月10日所创历史最高64.05美元累跌近35%,深陷技术熊市。</p>\n<p>但去年Uber累涨71.5%,远跑赢标普同期涨幅16.3%,过去一年Uber总回报率近44%,也高于标普大盘的总回报率35.4%。其股价进入5月以来连续下滑,市场担心招募后疫情时代零工司机的困难或有损利润,据称大股东日本软银正考虑减持对Uber持股的1/3也对后者股价不利。</p>\n<p>不过,财报发布前,华尔街对Uber未来走势颇为乐观。在FactSet调查的37位分析师中,有32人给予“买入”评级,仅2人评级“卖出”,平均目标价69.53美元,代表还有66%的涨幅空间。</p>\n<p><b>营收结束同比四连跌,“炒股”收益实现意外净利润,重申年底有调整后EBITDA正盈利</b></p>\n<p>财报显示,今年二季度,Uber总营收为39.3亿美元,高于市场预期的37.5亿美元,环比增长35%,同比增长105%,按固定汇率计算为同比增长95%,即较去年同期接近翻倍。</p>\n<p>这代表Uber总营收已重回2019年二季度(疫情前)水平,<b>也是自2020财年一季度以来首次同比增长,结束了去年二季度开启的连续四季同比下滑趋势,</b>伴随核心网约车业务从疫情低点反弹。</p>\n<p>当季净利润11亿美元,得益于对<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DIDI\">滴滴</a>和自动驾驶初创公司Aurora合计18.71亿美元的股权投资未实现收益推动。这令EPS为令人意外的每股收益58美分,此前市场预期为每股亏损51美分。</p>\n<p>但调整后EBITDA(息税折旧和摊销前收益)仍为亏损5.09亿美元,较一季度亏损扩大1.5亿美元,也高于市场预期的亏损3.25亿美元。不过,这较去年二季度亏损收窄3.28亿美元或收窄四成,自公司成立以来尚未调整后EBITDA正盈利,同时二季度的运营亏损为11.9亿美元。</p>\n<p><img Chai重申今年四季度能实现调整后EBITDA扭亏为盈的里程碑,预计三季度调整后EBITDA亏损将改善至不到1亿美元,并录得创纪录新高的220亿至240亿美元总预订额。</p>\n<p>公司CEO Dara Khosrowshahi 称,二季度“通过投资司机来投资复苏”并取得了很大进展,美国的月活跃司机和快递员从 2 月到 7 月增加了近 42万人,司机人数在二季度增加75%,90%的闲置司机称将于9月复工,同时使用移动出行和配送服务的消费者产生了近一半的总预定量。</p>\n<p><b>外卖配送收入和总订单额持续超过核心网约车服务,整体总订单额创纪录最高</b></p>\n<p>Uber在财报中将主营业务分为网约车为主的移动出行(Mobility)、外卖及配送(Delivery)和货运(Freight)三大部分。</p>\n<p><b>今年二季度,外卖及配送收入再度超过移动出行业务,延续疫情以来的大趋势。</b>其中,外卖及配送收入录得19.6亿美元,环比增13%、同比翻倍(增122%);移动出行收入16.2亿美元,不计入英国第一季度将零工驾驶员归为雇员产生的历史索赔应计费用为环比增11%,同比增98%。</p>\n<p>分析称,共享出行直到去年疫情前都是Uber主要营收来源和核心业务,而公司从2014年试水、2016年正式推出的外卖配送正成为未来增长引擎。去年三季度,Uber的外卖业务收入曾连续两个季度超过核心打车业务收入,疫情中也正是外卖业务的增长部分抵消了打车业务的严重下滑。</p>\n<p><b>在市场更关注、与营收密切相关的指标——总订单额(Gross Bookings)方面,Uber二季度总订单额达到219亿美元的历史新高</b>,同比翻倍(增114%),比预期高出10亿美元。其中,移动出行总订单额为86亿美元,同比增184%;外卖及配送总订单额为129亿美元,同比增85%。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/71625ebd5929ee0b9067210f2309bdad\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>在盈利指标上,移动出行部门调整后EBITDA为盈利1.79亿美元,环比下降1.19亿美元,但同比增长1.29亿美元;外卖及配送部门调整后EBITDA为亏损1.61亿美元,较去年同期亏损收窄31%,也较今年一季度的同类亏损指标收窄3900万美元。</p>\n<p>此外,货运业务的收入为3.48亿美元,同比增65%,按照这一趋势的年化收入(run rate)将达14亿美元;调整后EBITDA为亏损4100万美元,较去年同期亏损收窄16%。</p>\n<p>公司强调,外卖与配送业务的总订单额在欧洲、中东和非洲市场实现了同比三位数的强劲增长,在北美、拉丁美洲和亚太地区也同比实现双位数百分比的可观增幅。移动出行业务的总订单额在初亚太地区均实现环比至少10%的增长,因印度疫情严重爆发而拖累亚太订单额环比下降了9%。</p>\n<p><img 42万人,司机人数在二季度增加75%,90%的闲置司机称将于9月复工,同时使用移动出行和配送服务的消费者产生了近一半的总预定量。\n外卖配送收入和总订单额持续超过核心网约车服务,整体总订单额创纪录最高\nUber在财报中将主营业务分为网约车为主的移动出行(Mobility)、外卖及配送(Delivery)和货运(Freight)三大部分。\n今年二季度,外卖及配送收入再度超过移动出行业务,延续疫情以来的大趋势。其中,外卖及配送收入录得19.6亿美元,环比增13%、同比翻倍(增122%);移动出行收入16.2亿美元,不计入英国第一季度将零工驾驶员归为雇员产生的历史索赔应计费用为环比增11%,同比增98%。\n分析称,共享出行直到去年疫情前都是Uber主要营收来源和核心业务,而公司从2014年试水、2016年正式推出的外卖配送正成为未来增长引擎。去年三季度,Uber的外卖业务收入曾连续两个季度超过核心打车业务收入,疫情中也正是外卖业务的增长部分抵消了打车业务的严重下滑。\n在市场更关注、与营收密切相关的指标——总订单额(Gross Bookings)方面,Uber二季度总订单额达到219亿美元的历史新高,同比翻倍(增114%),比预期高出10亿美元。其中,移动出行总订单额为86亿美元,同比增184%;外卖及配送总订单额为129亿美元,同比增85%。\n\n在盈利指标上,移动出行部门调整后EBITDA为盈利1.79亿美元,环比下降1.19亿美元,但同比增长1.29亿美元;外卖及配送部门调整后EBITDA为亏损1.61亿美元,较去年同期亏损收窄31%,也较今年一季度的同类亏损指标收窄3900万美元。\n此外,货运业务的收入为3.48亿美元,同比增65%,按照这一趋势的年化收入(run href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002594\">比亚迪</a>总裁王传福、红杉资本沈南鹏。</p>\n<p>紧接着,一张雷军站在C位,与李斌、王传福、何小鹏、李想的合影,在互联网上迅速流传开来,这张合影几乎囊括了中<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600006\">东风汽车</a>,当天武汉市长程用文的陪同考察,让“小米汽车研发在北京,制造在武汉”的传闻一度落实。</p>\n<p>保定的长城研发中心、上汽乘用车嘉定总部,也都先后出现了雷军的身影。雷军造车的决心与谨慎的态度,地方政府也看在眼里,迫切地想要抓住这个小米汽车。</p>\n<p>各种流传甚广的版本中,武汉是最先反应的一个。</p>\n<p>据未来汽车日报报道:在小米官宣造车一个月前,2021年2月,武汉经开区的工作人员就接到一项神秘任务——“拉拢小米”。在相关部门工作的王川回忆,为了争取到小米,武汉甚至打出了亲情牌。那段时间,市里组织了招商团与小米接洽,身边一位同事恰好与雷军的妻子曾经是同学,被果断拉入招商团。</p>\n<p>彼时,王川并不清楚武汉要引进小米的什么项目,只是从“全市上下动员起来”的架势判断,一定是个大项目,直到小米官宣造车,这项神秘任务才真正揭开面纱。</p>\n<p>一时间,市民纷纷涌入武汉城市留言板留言:抓住机会,把小米智能电动车汽车引入武汉,为武汉注入更多活力。至今,有关“小米”“小米汽车”的留言数量超过300多条。</p>\n<p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600133\">东湖高新</a>区重点招商引资项目,将进一步加强与小米的沟通,积极引入更多小米系产业项目落户光谷。</p>\n<p>4月,武汉经济技术开发区再次与雷军接触,在午餐会上,他们和雷军交流了半个小时,但从目前来看,这场交流似乎并未打动雷军。与此同时,争抢小米汽车的一场暗战也悄悄打响。</p>\n<p>小米官宣造车后不到10天,西安正式对外宣告,加入小米造车项目的争夺战。西安多名网友在相关留言板留言,希望西安积极争取小米造车项目。对此,西安市投资合作局统一回复:将结合西安市新能源汽车产业发展现状,持续紧密对接“小米造车”项目。</p>\n<p>多位业内人士推测,西安可能会在政策方面提供较大支持,依靠小米这样的明星企业打造出西部的新能源汽车重镇。</p>\n<p>之后不久,一家跨国汽车零部件供应商透露,小米正计划在上海建立一个研发中心,目标地点是安亭。而安亭目前是上海的汽车重镇,有大量汽车行业从业人士,特别是工程师数量巨大。理想、蔚来、通用、上汽、宝能、奇瑞等数十家车企都在这里建立了研发中心。一些新兴车企也是看中安亭人才聚集度高,所以才在这里建立研发中心,理想就是典型代表。</p>\n<p>此外,公开资料显示,仅在6月份,小米就先后投资了两家上海企业,一个是位于<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/LI\">理想汽车</a>的第一、第二生产基地则相继在江苏常州落地。在被问到两大生产基地为何都选择常州时,理想汽车联合创始人兼总裁沈亚楠称,“这是因为常州市优越的投资和产业环境,正是这样,车和家决定在常州扩大投资规模。”</p>\n<p>而即便是电咖汽车、零跑汽车这类第二、第三梯队的新造车企业,地方政府也给予很多特殊优待。例如,2018年电咖研发试生产及零部件生产基地项目,被纳入浙江省“特别重大产业类项目”,浙江省优先安排用地指标。</p>\n<p>除此之外,还有资金支持。据财新报道,零跑汽车建厂投入的资金除了由创始人个人筹措外,还有来自于地方政府的免息贷款支持。杭州市萧山区副区长魏大庆介绍称,当地专门设立了一个30亿元人民币的基金,用来支持包括新能源汽车在内的产业创新。</p>\n<p>北京虽然没有类似表态,但也给出了新政策。</p>\n<p>一方面,批准北京经开区扩地盘,规划范围扩展至225平方公里,地位再升级。2020年,中国(北京)自由贸易试验区高端产业片区在经开区挂牌,北京经开区成为目前全国唯一一个集国家级经开区、高新区、自贸区、服务业扩大开放综合试验区(“四区合一”)政策优势于一体的经济功能区。</p>\n<p>另一方面,北京经开区在规划中给了新能源汽车每年百亿资金的扶持,汽车产业产值要迈向4000亿元,是2020年年底2000亿汽车产业产值的两倍。</p>\n<p>事实上,地方政府深度参与造车项目早已成为趋势。地方政府不惜投入真金白银投入的背后,也是旨在通过培育明星企业,从而带动产业链的发展。</p>\n<p>对于地方政府而言,新造车企业落地不仅可以增加地方税收、就业岗位,同时也能优化城市产业结构和提高城市的工业化水平。而新造车企业获得地方政府资金的同时,也能获得土地、资质审批等多项附加好处。</p>\n<p>以上海为例,截至今年2月份,通过引进特斯拉,上海目前与“新能源汽车”相关的在存企业达到1.1万家,其中2020年注册量同比增长了100%。借助特斯拉 href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/BILI\">哔哩哔哩</a>)</p>\n<p>尝到了蔚来的甜头之后,合肥市政府又开始继续寻找下一个蔚来。今年1月,零跑科技宣布完成B轮43亿元融资,超募逾10亿元。零跑汽车回应称,零跑计划在合肥建立第二工厂,同时合肥市政府参与了零跑的B轮融资。有报道称,第二工厂投产后,产能将达到年产20万辆。同时,合肥市政府对零跑汽车投资金额为20亿元,投资分为两批完成,B轮投资2亿元以及Pre-IPO轮投资18亿元。</p>\n<p>不过,尽管合肥走在前列,但优势也没大到其他城市追不上的程度,合肥之于新能源汽车的意义,还远不及杭州之于电商。</p>\n<p>从目前新能源汽车在各个城市的布局来看,上海、合肥、西安和武汉四个城市的赢面都比较大。</p>\n<p>据盒饭财经不完全统计,上海有特斯拉、威马、上汽、爱驰汽车和哪吒;合肥有蔚来、大众汽车(安徽)、长安汽车(工厂);西安有比亚迪、吉利和宝能;武汉有小鹏汽车、东风和比亚迪;广州有广汽新能源,小鹏汽车的总部也在这里。</p>\n<p>那么谁最需要小米汽车?</p>\n<p>不同城市诉求各有不同。中国汽车流通协会有形市场名义理事长苏晖认为,相较于北上广等头部汽车城市,新一线城市对新造车企业需求更急迫。</p>\n<p>“当前,北京高科技产业过于集中,且以环保、氢能源汽车为未来目标;上海坐拥上汽、通用、特斯拉等大型车企,汽车产业发展充分;广州追求多元化发展,新能源汽车并非其核心诉求。相反,西安、武汉等城市汽车产业仍有上升空间,市场需求尚未满足,以小米为代表的科技公司若在当地造车,会为其带来更高的经济效益和产业效益。”</p>\n<p>近几年,西安、武汉等城市都将发展新能源汽车产业作为重要目标,引进新造车企业,不失为一步好棋。</p>\n<p>据武汉市发改委,汽车产业多年来一直保持着武汉第一大支柱产业的地位。而新能源汽车产业的发展也为武汉带来了新机会。</p>\n<p>早在2009年,《长江日报》就曾报道称武汉计划到2020年,新能源汽车整车的产能要达到60万辆,真正崛起成为国内中部新能源汽车中心。</p>\n<p>相较于武汉,西安可能更需要小米。</p>\n<p>陕西省统计局报告显示,西安汽车产业规模和聚集程度低,2020年整车产量接近63万辆,而武汉超过200万辆。此外,零部件生产企业数量多、规模小而分散,难以形成聚集效应。当前,除陕汽、比亚迪等车企,西安大部分企业不具备自主开发能力。</p>\n<p>以2018年为例,西安汽车制造行业研发投入强度(即研发投入占主营业务收入比重)仅为2.3%,低于全市平均水平。研发经费的差距,最终会导致车企之间技术水平和产品质量的差距。而引进小米等新造车企业,可能是最快缩短西安汽车产业聚集程度的路径之一。</p>\n<p>面对这么大一块蛋糕,北上广深这些一线城市,更不想放弃,在这场竞赛中,谁会成为下一个合肥呢?</p>","source":"fhcj","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE The firm’s price target implies an upside of 24% to the stock’s closing price of $12.89 on Monday.\nGoldman Sachs believes General Electric is well-positioned to benefit from a shift into mid-to-late cycle markets like aerospace.\n“This is one of the best backdrops we’ve seen for Industrials over the past decade. Inventories are at historically low levels, growth has been negative for two years, stimulus is on the way and moderate inflation is generally good for cyclicals,” Richie said.\nGoldman Sachs’ call comes as lawmakers in Washington are reaching a bipartisan deal on infrastructure stimulus.\nIn order for General Electric’s stock to outperform peers, growth is key, according to Goldman Sachs.\nGoldman Sachs notes that General Electric is the “most rate sensitive stock” in its coverage. The firm predicts rates to rise to 1.9% by the end of 2021.
