$Straits Times Index(STI.SI)$ Components consist to make this 2 index have different perspective and goals with different profiles of investors. When type of investors prefer low volatility on capital appreciation but earn stable dividend then seems STI.SI would more justifiably option. There are opposite objectives from above, which investors more look for capital appreciation with high volatility then S&P 500 index would be more suitable with this thinking. Probably balancing between these 2 index when do investment could be considered, following investor age when get older the choice more weight in stable index like STI.SI better [Smile] . Shifting allocation from heavy in T-bills to Reits, probably options to have more or less same income with rate cut situations. These next to 3 - 6 months would see whether this way will work and plan next move. Any other tought welcome to discuss in long term investment perspective and for stock, ETF products focus ๐
@SteveWatson:$Micron Technology(MU)$ AI hype bubble bursting? Look at $SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ . As I said it would, SMCI burst is already happening. Down about 68% from its ATH. MU could be next. My guess is $50 within the next few months, then maybe $10 or so over the next couple of years.

REITs funding would have high portion on loan, theoretically with interest rate cut would impact on lower interest as finance cost of REITs so I think considering REITs after interest cut are justifiable ๐ #ratecut #REITs #S-REITs.
