$Alibaba(BABA)$   About time for baba to go on a run! Stock price has been artificially depressed due to political factors. Company is well run and business fundamentals are still strong.  Taking a long position, expect the stock to go up after earnings

Given that Fed has been dragging this cut for a long time, >2 years already. I would expect them to start slow with a 25 bps cut although the market is hoping for 50 bps move.  Not sure if the market has already priced in this 50 bps cut, if so, a 25 bps cut would not impact the stock market at all

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$   Not sure if investors correlates SpaceX with Tesla performance.  clearly the market sentiment has shifted and Tesla is no longer the darling. May require a massive marketing tilt from Tesla to get investors to start buying into their story again.  Frankly I am not sure if low cost EV is the solution, they need a bigger differentiation than cutting cost. Let's see when they will release new technology that will change the market.
