Wolfe Research predicts Nebius could achieve annual revenue of $30 billion by 2030. The company previously reported year-over-year revenue growth of 684%, holds long-term agreements with Meta and Microsoft, has a backlog of contracts worth tens of billions of dollars, and has secured over 3.5 gigawatts of power capacity.

Buoyed by the overall sector sentiment, neocloud leader CoreWeave also rose approximately 3.5% on Monday, while Nebius gained about 2.6% during the session.

Key Competitive Factors in the Neocloud Arena

The concentrated surge from these three companies highlights the current core competitive elements in the neocloud sector: access to power resources, GPU supply, and the ability to secure customers. The company plans to expand its data center capacity from the current 480 megawatts to 1.2 gigawatts by 2027.Formerly known as the Australian bitcoin miner Iris Energy, IREN Ltd has pivoted to AI computing, building its own data centers powered by renewable energy, making it a representative player in the current neocloud wave.Hut 8's Fully Leased Texas Campus and $9.8 Billion DealHut 8 Mining Corp announced on the same day that its Beacon Point data center campus in Texas is now fully leased, having signed a 15-year, $9.8 billion lease with an unnamed high investment-grade enterprise. This tenant has doubled its contracted computing capacity to 704 megawatts. It is reported that, including extension options, the potential total value of this agreement could exceed $50 billion, with the 15-year contract value itself reaching $19.6 billion. Also originating from the Canadian bitcoin mining industry, Hut 8 Mining Corp has seen its stock price surge over fourfold in the past 12 months, though it recently pulled back—closing last Friday more than 30% below its early June highs. B. Riley analyst Nick Giles wrote in a research note, \"Given our expectation that the stock will quickly return to its prior highs following this announcement, we recommend aggressive buying.\"Nebius: NVIDIA's 9.3% Stake and Bullish Revenue ForecastsThe catalyst for Nebius came from the equity level. NVIDIA disclosed in an SEC filing that it holds approximately a 9.3% beneficial ownership stake in Nebius. The position consists of 1.19 million existing shares and approximately 21 million prefunded warrants, representing a scale of around $2 billion.Although this ownership relationship was not entirely new information, the formal disclosure provided a clear boost to market sentiment, leading to after-hours gains for Nebius. Wolfe Research predicts Nebius could achieve annual revenue of $30 billion by 2030. The company previously reported year-over-year revenue growth of 684%, holds long-term agreements with Meta and Microsoft, has a backlog of contracts worth tens of billions of dollars, and has secured over 3.5 gigawatts of power capacity.Buoyed by the overall sector sentiment, neocloud leader CoreWeave also rose approximately 3.5% on Monday, while Nebius gained about 2.6% during the session.Key Competitive Factors in the Neocloud ArenaThe concentrated surge from these three companies highlights the current core competitive elements in the neocloud sector: access to power resources, GPU supply, and the ability to secure customers. The structural bottlenecks in data center construction faced by hyperscale cloud providers are creating sustained pricing power for independent operators that can rapidly integrate these resources. For investors, the signal from this market move is clear: AI infrastructure spending by tech giants is accelerating its flow to third-party neocloud operators. Furthermore, NVIDIA's direct investment in Nebius has further strengthened market confidence in the long-term value of this sector.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"CNEQ":1,"IREN":2,"SNPE":1,"SHOC":1,"FDTX":1,"NULC":1,"SMH":1,"SPTE":1,"FDIG":1,"ESUM":1,"XLK":1,"SMHX":1,"SOXX":1,"AIFD":1,"ABFL":1,"AIPI":1,"ILDR":1,"USD":1,"IETC":1,"TTEQ":1,"STCE":1,"CLSE":1,"LFGY":1,"VT":1,"IREZ":0.6,"IRE":0.6,"EFIV":1,"TEK":1,"AGOX":1,"WGMI":1,"SOXY":1,"TYLG":1,"VGT":1,"BITQ":1,"BKCH":1,"MNRS":1,"IREX":0.6,"IXN":1,"SOXQ":1,"IREG":0.6,"WISE":1,"USXF":1,"DAPP":1,"ROM":1,"FTEC":1,"TRFK":1,"IBLC":1,"HUTG":0.6,"METV":1,"FAI":1,"JGRO":1,"HUT":2}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":0,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":577512644174408,"gmtCreate":1782019102135,"gmtModify":1782022267791,"author":{"id":"4094419196168940","authorId":"4094419196168940","name":"Gold Stinger","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/ea5bba67e0f8a73073c0a1c4fa476914","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4094419196168940","idStr":"4094419196168940"},"themes":[],"title":"","htmlText":"$HIMS 20260821 29.0 CALL$ 😎👍","listText":"$HIMS 20260821 29.0 CALL$ 😎👍","text":"$HIMS 20260821 29.0 CALL$ 😎👍","images":[{"img":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/b5327b699d1004169e750fa7714797c0","width":"1074","height":"1644"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/577512644174408","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":172,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":347942964580448,"gmtCreate":1725970544087,"gmtModify":1725974168650,"author":{"id":"4094419196168940","authorId":"4094419196168940","name":"Gold Stinger","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/ea5bba67e0f8a73073c0a1c4fa476914","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4094419196168940","idStr":"4094419196168940"},"themes":[],"title":"","htmlText":"Status quo and greed have always been the hallmark of Apple. The companies are negotiating over new commission practices, people close to the talks said.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"BIDU":0.6,"AAPL":1}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":207,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"hots":[{"id":588090301690168,"gmtCreate":1784603873757,"gmtModify":1784604159277,"author":{"id":"4094419196168940","authorId":"4094419196168940","name":"Gold Stinger","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/ea5bba67e0f8a73073c0a1c4fa476914","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"4094419196168940","idStr":"4094419196168940"},"themes":[],"title":"","htmlText":"None of this say anything about future performance ","listText":"None of this say anything about future performance ","text":"None of this say anything about future performance","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/588090301690168","repostId":"1149757052","repostType":2,"repost":{"id":"1149757052","kind":"news","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Global Stock Market Deep Analysis","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Deep News","id":"1039043262","head_image":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/8296859682db4b478146245e72de1922"},"pubTimestamp":1784595766,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1149757052?lang=en_US&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2026-07-21 09:02","market":"us","language":"en","title":"AI Cloud Providers Surge on Major Contracts and NVIDIA Investment","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1149757052","media":"Deep News","summary":"An intensified race for computing power is reshaping the cloud landscape, providing a series of catalysts for the \"neocloud\" sector.Overnight, shares of IREN Ltd (ASX: IREN) and Hut 8 Mining Corp...","content":"

An intensified race for computing power is reshaping the cloud landscape, providing a series of catalysts for the "neocloud" sector.

Overnight, shares of IREN Ltd and Hut 8 Mining Corp jumped significantly, rising over 19% and 10% respectively, after both announced substantial AI cloud computing contracts with major technology firms.
