We noted that investors have remained tentative over the more richly-valued tech sector, preferring the more defensively-configured SPY.</p><p>With the market expecting the Fed to remain hawkish through at least H1&#39;23, QQQ&#39;s momentum could remain in the doldrums for a while longer. Moreover, last week&#39;s employment report suggests that the Fed could force are pricing of the Fed fund rate(FFR) forward curve if the market anticipates a further steepening of the projected terminal rate.</p><p>Notwithstanding, investors should also bear in mind that the QQQ has outperformed the SPY consistently exiting every bear market/significant pullback over the last 15 years. Hence, we believe the pessimism in the QQQ could be reversed quickly if the market anticipates a less hawkish Fed moving ahead.</p><p>However, the 5Y breakeven inflation rate has crept up recently, likely reflecting the market&#39;s concerns over the recent employment report. Hence, we assess that QQQ should remain in a consolidation zone above its November lows as its leading constituent stocks could continue to struggle for momentum.</p><p>Still, we parsed that analysts have already turned increasingly pessimistic over the QQQ&#39;s leading sectors, which augurs well for a re-rating moving ahead. As such, QQQ&#39;s top three sectors accounted for nearly 78% of its total weighting.</p><p>However, the performance of the three sectors in Q3 was relatively poor, with forward guidance also tepid. The CEO, co-founder, and chief stock picker for the ARK Invest family of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) had a spectacular run in 2020 when the market rallied around disruptive growth stocks.</p><p>Her returns have lagged the market badly over most of these last two years, but it doesn&#39;t mean that you want to dismiss her shot at pulling another 2020 out of her pocket. She continues to buy some of the most dynamic publicly traded companies, but she also has some investments that could be considered bargains right now. <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/ROKU\"><b>Roku</b></a>, <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DE\"><b>Deere &amp; Company</b></a>, and <b><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/ZM\">Zoom</a> Video Communications</b> (ZM) are three of her holdings that I think are bargains right now.</p><h2>1. <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/ROKU\">Roku</a></h2><p>If you define bargains solely on profit multiples, you might be tempted to change the channel when it comes to Roku. The once-profitable leader of streaming video is in the red, and Wall Street pros see the losses continuing until 2026.</p><p>But the stock has never been cheaper based on its revenue multiple. Toss in a strong cash-rich balance sheet, and Roku is trading at an enterprise value that is less than two times trailing revenue for the first time in its history.</p><p>Roku is still growing. Active users, hours streamed on the platform, and average revenue per user all increased by healthy double-digit percentages in its latest quarter. Its latest guidance suggests that there will be some near-term challenges to its ad-dependent business model, but the loudest bear argument -- that we won&#39;t stream as much with the pandemic fading in the rearview mirror -- has proved to be toothless. Roku stock is down nearly 90% from last year&#39;s peak, but its business is holding up a lot better than its stock chart.</p><h2>2. <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DE\">Deere</a></h2><p>Wood doesn&#39;t mind buying an old company if it&#39;s teaching the world new tricks. Deere has been a titan in agricultural, commercial, and construction equipment for generations.</p><p>Unlike many of her investments, this one packs a dividend and a reasonable earnings multiple into its value proposition. The 1.2% yield isn&#39;t going to turn heads these days, but Deere is trading for less than 17 times the midpoint of its earnings guidance for the current fiscal year. Wall Street analysts have it trading at just 14 times next year&#39;s profit target.</p><p>Deere&#39;s business initially took a hit at the first whiff of the pandemic, but it&#39;s been rolling ever since. At the end of this month, it will conclude its second fiscal year of double-digit revenue growth. Margins are holding up despite all of the world&#39;s distractions. The outlook is positive for the next few years despite all of the current global calamity. Farms still need to be tended to, since we all have to eat.</p><p>There may be a cyclical bent to its smaller forestry and heavy construction equipment segments, but money will eventually be spent on those fronts.</p><h2>3. <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/ZM\">Zoom Video</a></h2><p>Let&#39;s close out with the videoconferencing leader that has a bit of the bargain traits of the two stocks I mentioned earlier.</p><p>Like Roku, Zoom Video is a bargain because it&#39;s trading well below its high-water mark. The shares have fallen 87% since peaking two years ago. Like Deere, this stock fetches a reasonable earnings multiple. Zoom Video can be had for just 15 times last fiscal year&#39;s earnings, but -- and this is important -- unlike Deere, the bottom line is going the wrong way. Zoom Video is trading for less than 20 times forward earnings expectations.</p><p>Deceleration has been brutal at Zoom Video since the initial popularity burst when shelter-in-place mandates kicked in. It helped us learn, work, and socialize when getting together in person wasn&#39;t safe or feasible. Zoom Video will want to get its brake pads checked after how quickly the former speedster slammed on the brakes. The past six quarters of year-over-year revenue deceleration have been brutal.</p><ul><li>Q4 2021: 369%</li><li>Q1 2022: 191%</li><li>Q2 2022: 54%</li><li>Q3 2022: 35%</li><li>Q4 2022: 21%</li><li>Q1 2023: 12%</li><li>Q2 2023: 8%</li></ul><p>Guidance it issued last time out calls for the slowdown to continue, as it eyes a mere 5% increase in revenue for the current fiscal quarter. Profitability has been contracting, but companies keep investing in a healthy Zoom presence given a net dollar-based expansion rate above 120%.</p><p>Casual users might have forgotten their Zoom log-ins, but the high-tech telecom stock is still investing on platform enhancements. She continues to buy some of the most dynamic publicly traded companies, but she also has some investments that could be considered bargains right now. Roku, Deere & Company, and Zoom Video Communications (ZM) are three of her holdings that I think are bargains right now.1. RokuIf you define bargains solely on profit multiples, you might be tempted to change the channel when it comes to Roku. The once-profitable leader of streaming video is in the red, and Wall Street pros see the losses continuing until 2026.But the stock has never been cheaper based on its revenue multiple. Toss in a strong cash-rich balance sheet, and Roku is trading at an enterprise value that is less than two times trailing revenue for the first time in its history.Roku is still growing. Active users, hours streamed on the platform, and average revenue per user all increased by healthy double-digit percentages in its latest quarter. Its latest guidance suggests that there will be some near-term challenges to its ad-dependent business model, but the loudest bear argument -- that we won't stream as much with the pandemic fading in the rearview mirror -- has proved to be toothless. Roku stock is down nearly 90% from last year's peak, but its business is holding up a lot better than its stock chart.2. DeereWood doesn't mind buying an old company if it's teaching the world new tricks. Deere has been a titan in agricultural, commercial, and construction equipment for generations.Unlike many of her investments, this one packs a dividend and a reasonable earnings multiple into its value proposition. The 1.2% yield isn't going to turn heads these days, but Deere is trading for less than 17 times the midpoint of its earnings guidance for the current fiscal year. Wall Street analysts have it trading at just 14 times next year's profit target.Deere's business initially took a hit at the first whiff of the pandemic, but it's been rolling ever since. At the end of this month, it will conclude its second fiscal year of double-digit revenue growth. Margins are holding up despite all of the world's distractions. The outlook is positive for the next few years despite all of the current global calamity. Farms still need to be tended to, since we all have to eat.There may be a cyclical bent to its smaller forestry and heavy construction equipment segments, but money will eventually be spent on those fronts.3. Zoom VideoLet's close out with the videoconferencing leader that has a bit of the bargain traits of the two stocks I mentioned earlier.Like Roku, Zoom Video is a bargain because it's trading well below its high-water mark. The shares have fallen 87% since peaking two years ago. Like Deere, this stock fetches a reasonable earnings multiple. Zoom Video can be had for just 15 times last fiscal year's earnings, but -- and this is important -- unlike Deere, the bottom line is going the wrong way. Zoom Video is trading for less than 20 times forward earnings expectations.Deceleration has been brutal at Zoom Video since the initial popularity burst when shelter-in-place mandates kicked in. It helped us learn, work, and socialize when getting together in person wasn't safe or feasible. Zoom Video will want to get its brake pads checked after how quickly the former speedster slammed on the brakes. The past six quarters of year-over-year revenue deceleration have been brutal.Q4 2021: 369%Q1 2022: 191%Q2 2022: 54%Q3 2022: 35%Q4 2022: 21%Q1 2023: 12%Q2 2023: 8%Guidance it issued last time out calls for the slowdown to continue, as it eyes a mere 5% increase in revenue for the current fiscal quarter. Profitability has been contracting, but companies keep investing in a healthy Zoom presence given a net dollar-based expansion rate above 120%.Casual users might have forgotten their Zoom log-ins, but the high-tech telecom stock is still investing on platform enhancements. But what investors might be overlooking is where Amazon will generate the lion&#39;s share of its future cash flow and profits.</p><p>Yes, Amazon&#39;s online marketplace is a behemoth. According to eMarketer, Amazon is on track to account for nearly 40% of all U.S. online retail sales in 2022. Even adding up its next 14 closest competitors would still put you more than 8 percentage points behind Amazon&#39;s dominant online retail-sales market share.</p><p>However, selling goods online is a relatively low-margin business. The true value of Amazon&#39;s marketplace is the attention it brings to the company&#39;s higher-margin operating channels.</p><p>For instance, Amazon has pivoted its online retail success into signing up well over 200 million people worldwide to a Prime membership. This 200-million-plus figure is as of April 2021, and Amazon has presumably added tens of millions of additional Prime members, thanks to its exclusive deal to carry <i>Thursday Night Football</i>. In exchange for giving Prime members shipping perks and access to exclusive content, Amazon nabs an annual run-rate of $35 billion in high-margin subscription sales.</p><p>Amazon is also making waves with its world-leading cloud infrastructure service. Amazon Web Services (AWS) accounted for close to a third of cloud-service spending during the second quarter, which is noteworthy, given that cloud infrastructure growth is still in its early stages. Although AWS contributes about a sixth of Amazon&#39;s net sales, it regularly generates well over half of the company&#39;s operating income.</p><p>In other words, Amazon&#39;s retail segment isn&#39;t anywhere near as important as the growth from the company&#39;s higher-margin operations. Even with the growing prospect of a U.S. recession, Amazon&#39;s cash flow needle continues to point higher. That&#39;s what makes it such a no-brainer buy right now.</p><h2>Okta</h2><p>The second Nasdaq 100 stock that&#39;s a surefire buy in October is identity-verification-focused cybersecurity specialist <b>Okta</b>. Since hitting a record high in early 2021, shares of Okta have fallen by 81%. The culprit? Look no further than the company&#39;s bottom line.</p><p>When bear markets arise, Wall Street becomes less tolerant of companies with premium valuations that are losing money. In Okta&#39;s case, the challenging integration of Auth0 following its acquisition, as well as persistently high stock-based compensation, have weighed on the company&#39;s bottom line and pushed recurring profitability out at least a year longer than Wall Street had anticipated.</p><p>Clearly, losses aren&#39;t something to cheer. However, Okta looks to be well-positioned in a number of ways to succeed over the long run.</p><p>On a macro basis, cybersecurity has evolved into a basic-necessity service. No matter how poorly the U.S. economy or stock market perform, robots and hackers don&#39;t take time off from trying to steal critical data. This provides a safe demand floor for virtually all cybersecurity stocks, including Okta.</p><p>On a more company-specific basis, Okta&#39;s advantage is its artificial-intelligence (AI)-driven, cloud-native platform. Because the platform was built in the cloud and relies on machine learning to grow smarter at recognizing potential threats over time, Okta&#39;s solutions should prove more effective at denying hacking attempts than on-premises security services.</p><p>What&#39;s arguably most intriguing about Okta, though, is its aforementioned buyout of Auth0. While there have been integration issues, the plain-as-day advantage of acquiring Auth0 is that it gives Okta access to international markets. Even with economic uncertainty, Okta should be able to maintain sales growth of 20% (or more) on an annual basis, thanks, in part, to this buyout.</p><p>Patient investors looking for steady long-term growth opportunities should strongly consider Okta for their portfolios.</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/14ed95c4878c495ada479256473aec99\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"393\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"/><span>Image source: Getty Images.</span></p><h2>Microsoft</h2><p>The third Nasdaq 100 stock to confidently buy hand over fist in October is tech-giant <b>Microsoft</b>.</p><p>Whereas there are clear headwinds impacting Amazon and Okta, there&#39;s nothing damaging in Microsoft&#39;s operating results to signal trouble. The 32% that Microsoft&#39;s shares have fallen since hitting a record high late last year looks like quite the discount for a high-margin company that continually delivers.</p><p>As I&#39;ve previously noted, the biggest key to Microsoft&#39;s success is that all of its puzzle pieces are working together. For instance, the company&#39;s legacy Windows operating system (OS) isn&#39;t anywhere close to the growth story it once was. Nevertheless, Windows remains the dominant global desktop OS and is therefore able to generate significant operating cash flow for the company. Microsoft is able to deploy the cash generated from its legacy operations into high-growth initiatives and acquisitions.</p><p>When it comes to high-growth initiatives, nothing is more important than investing in cloud services. Microsoft Azure, which is the No. 2 cloud-service provider behind AWS, has been consistently growing year-over-year constant-currency sales by close to 50%. Cloud-driven growth from Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft&#39;s commercial Office segment, should help sustain double-digit sales growth, which is no small feat for a company slated to produce $221 billion in revenue for fiscal 2023.</p><p>Additionally, acquisitions are expected to play a key role for Microsoft. The company has nearly $105 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments on its balance sheet and brought in $89 billion in operating cash flow over the trailing year. As a result, it has the freedom to take chances.</p><p>The proposed $68.7 billion all-cash buyout of gaming company <b>Activision Blizzard</b> is a perfect example of this. If this deal closes, Microsoft will further solidify its place in the gaming arena, as well as set itself up as a potential metaverse gateway.</p><p>Microsoft has a superb balance sheet and sustained double-digit sales growth. Look no further than the company's bottom line.When bear markets arise, Wall Street becomes less tolerant of companies with premium valuations that are losing money. In Okta's case, the challenging integration of Auth0 following its acquisition, as well as persistently high stock-based compensation, have weighed on the company's bottom line and pushed recurring profitability out at least a year longer than Wall Street had anticipated.Clearly, losses aren't something to cheer. However, Okta looks to be well-positioned in a number of ways to succeed over the long run.On a macro basis, cybersecurity has evolved into a basic-necessity service. No matter how poorly the U.S. economy or stock market perform, robots and hackers don't take time off from trying to steal critical data. This provides a safe demand floor for virtually all cybersecurity stocks, including Okta.On a more company-specific basis, Okta's advantage is its artificial-intelligence (AI)-driven, cloud-native platform. Because the platform was built in the cloud and relies on machine learning to grow smarter at recognizing potential threats over time, Okta's solutions should prove more effective at denying hacking attempts than on-premises security services.What's arguably most intriguing about Okta, though, is its aforementioned buyout of Auth0. While there have been integration issues, the plain-as-day advantage of acquiring Auth0 is that it gives Okta access to international markets. The 32% that Microsoft's shares have fallen since hitting a record high late last year looks like quite the discount for a high-margin company that continually delivers.As I've previously noted, the biggest key to Microsoft's success is that all of its puzzle pieces are working together. For instance, the company's legacy Windows operating system (OS) isn't anywhere close to the growth story it once was. Nevertheless, Windows remains the dominant global desktop OS and is therefore able to generate significant operating cash flow for the company. Microsoft is able to deploy the cash generated from its legacy operations into high-growth initiatives and acquisitions.When it comes to high-growth initiatives, nothing is more important than investing in cloud services. Microsoft Azure, which is the No. 2 cloud-service provider behind AWS, has been consistently growing year-over-year constant-currency sales by close to 50%. Cloud-driven growth from Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft's commercial Office segment, should help sustain double-digit sales growth, which is no small feat for a company slated to produce $221 billion in revenue for fiscal 2023.Additionally, acquisitions are expected to play a key role for Microsoft. The company has nearly $105 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments on its balance sheet and brought in $89 billion in operating cash flow over the trailing year. As a result, it has the freedom to take chances.The proposed $68.7 billion all-cash buyout of gaming company Activision Blizzard is a perfect example of this. If this deal closes, Microsoft will further solidify its place in the gaming arena, as well as set itself up as a potential metaverse gateway.Microsoft has a superb balance sheet and sustained double-digit sales growth. Here&#39;s why Wood&#39;s convinced they can outperform over time.</p><h2><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/PATH\">UiPath</a></h2><p>Wood has been a big fan of <b>UiPath</b> since its stock market debut in April of 2021. Unfortunately, shares of this enterprise automation business have been hammered down around 78% from their post-IPO peak.</p><p>Ark Invest&#39;s exchange-traded funds (<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/PSFF\">Pacer Swan SOS Fund of Funds ETF|ETF</a>s) have been buying up more shares of UiPath stock at beaten-down prices. Now, it&#39;s the seventh largest holding in the flagship <b>Ark Innovation ETF</b>.</p><p>By emulating human clicks and keystrokes, UiPath&#39;s robotic process automation (RPA) platform brings the benefits of automation to office employees, even if they lack programming skills. For example, corrections departments in the Netherlands use UiPath&#39;s robots to fill out forms so employees have more time to actually rehabilitate the convicted.</p><p>Businesses eager to retain talented employees are beating a path to UiPath&#39;s door. During its fiscal first quarter ended April 30, revenue rose 32% year over year to $254 million.</p><p>Information technology professionals enjoy using UiPath but you don&#39;t need to be a programmer to put the platform to good use. This is a big advantage UiPath has over its competitors in the RPA industry. With the leading platform for people who can&#39;t program their way out of a wet paper bag, investors can look forward to a rapidly expanding customer base for the foreseeable future.</p><h2>Roblox</h2><p>Wood was eager to buy up shares of <b>Roblox</b> late last year when it was trading near its all-time high. The stock has tumbled 79% from its peak, but that hasn&#39;t stopped Ark Invest from buying more shares of this metaverse stock with confidence.</p><p>Roblox is all about individual gamers creating their own games, which is a lot more popular than you might expect. There were 54.1 million daily active users on Roblox in the first quarter which was 28% more than the previous year&#39;s period.</p><p>The stock has been tanking because not as many parents are scrambling to find ways to keep their children entertained all day while they try to work from home. The important thing to remember here is that those kids will eventually get their own jobs.</p><p>As the age range of Roblox&#39;s customer base expands, opportunities for monetization also improve. For example, this March, <b>Sony</b>, and Roblox teamed up to host a live concert with 24kGoldn, a multi-platinum artist who grew up with Roblox. Concert sizes are traditionally limited by venue sizes and geography. These aren&#39;t constraints in a virtual setting. Expect more artists who are eager to sell virtual merchandise to millions of fans at a single event to start holding virtual concerts on Roblox in the future.</p><h2>Roku</h2><p><b>Roku</b> has tanked about 83% from the high water mark it set in 2021. The dramatic losses haven&#39;t darkened Wood&#39;s expectations for this streaming stock and its long-term future.</p><p>Now that we&#39;re spending less time in our homes, usage of Roku-enabled devices isn&#39;t growing quite as quickly as it did a year earlier. Despite the challenges, Roku&#39;s still growing pretty fast. The company racked up 20.9 million streaming hours in the first quarter, which was 14% more than it recorded in the previous year period.</p><p>More hours of engagement mean more revenue and serving targeted advertisements to connected televisions is an increasingly lucrative business. Average annual revenue per user soared 34% year over year to $42.91 in the first quarter.</p><p>Big brand advertisers are still shifting their budgets away from broadcast television and toward ad-supported streaming platforms. The company raked in total sales of $18.8 billion, growing 81% year over year and beating Wall Street estimates by 5%. Likewise, earnings per share (EPS) finished at $3.22, climbing 246% and smashing consensus forecasts by a whopping 42%. As of today, there are more than 10 million electric vehicles on the road, but that represents just 1% of global car stock. By 2030, it&#39;s projected that there will be 300 million electric cars on the road, a 2,900% upsurge from existing levels. As discussed in our previous coverage on the stock, Apple&#39;s Services segment is becoming increasingly core to the company&#39;s long-term growth and profitability trajectory, especially with improved technological advancements in recent years and overall consumer weakness in the near-term lengthening upgrade cycles on devices.</p><p>This is also music to investors&#39; ears, as preference migrates from growth to profitability amid a souring macroeconomic outlook.</p><blockquote>In 2017, Apple - under the leadership of Tim Cook - vowed todoubleits services revenue by 2020. Since then, the segment has delivered with a multi-year compounded annual growth rate (&#34;CAGR&#34;) of more than 20%, boasting close to $68.5 billion in annual revenues during fiscal 2021, and approaching $80 billion in the current fiscal year ending this week. And the company&#39;s recent decision to raise prices on some of its core Services offerings - including Apple TV+, Apple Music and the Apple One bundle - will likely give the segment&#39;s momentum another leg up heading into fiscal 2023, as opposed to weighing further on weakening consumer sentiment since Apple has a strong value proposition to do so.</p><p><b>Apple TV+</b></p><p>Apple raised the monthly Apple TV+ subscription rate from $4.99 to $6.99, and annual subscription rate from $49 to $69, which went into effect earlier this week. While the price hike for Apple TV+ is not small - a whopping 40%+ - it remains competitive relative to rival streaming platforms spanning Netflix(NFLX), Disney+(DIS), and HBO Max(WBD), to name a few, including their respective ad-supported tiers that are / will be marketed as a &#34;cheaper&#34; alternative.</p><p>We also believe Apple has the right value proposition for jacking up Apple TV+&#39;s pricing, which will effectively help reduce potential churn in the aftermath. Specifically, Apple TV+ was &#34;introduced at a very low price because it started with just a few shows and movies.&#34; But now, it has grown into an extensive library of &#34;award-winning and broadly acclaimed series, feature films, documentaries, and kids and family entertainment,&#34; which is further corroborated by its rapidly rising global market share of more than 6%, putting rival platforms on notice.</p><p>Yet, at the new price tag of $6.99 per month, Apple TV+ - which is currently ad-free and offers unlimited access to its entire catalogue of scripted and non-scripted content, alongside live sporting events such as &#34;Friday Night Baseball&#34; - the streaming platform still beats equivalents in the pricing segment. This includes Netflix and Disney+&#39;s upcoming ad-supported tier priced at $6.99 and $7.99 per month, respectively, and HBO Max&#39;s ad-supported tier priced at $10 per month, with some not even offering access to live sporting events, which is a key demand driver in streaming that Apple TV+ is benefiting from. This continues to underscore Apple TV+&#39;s pricing advantage amid weakening consumer sentiment, with its latest price hike still more competitive than similarly-priced offerings by peers, while contributing meaningfully to the Services segment profit margins over the longer term.</p><p><b>Apple Music</b></p><p>The monthly subscription rate for Apple Music will increase from $9.99 to $10.99 for individuals, and the annual subscription rate from $99 to $109. This would effectively make the service more expensive than key rival Spotify&#39;s (SPOT) equivalent which is currently priced at $9.99 per month still.</p><p>The price hike was implemented to compensate for increasing content licensing costs for creators. Although the price increase for Apple Music subscriptions may seem like it will be another blow to the service&#39;s already laggard market share(~15%) compared to Spotify&#39;s (&gt;30%), we believe it will give Apple a leg up from a business and valuation perspective.</p><p>Specifically, Spotify currently reels from narrowing profit margins due to the same cost increases identified by Apple, underscoring that similar price hikes will likely be coming soon anyway. As such, we view the increase to Apple Music prices as a strategic move that will not only contribute positively to the Services segment&#39;s bottom line but also without the risks of material churn despite consumer weakness.</p><p><b>Apple One Bundle</b></p><p>The Apple One bundle - which allows up to six service subscriptions at a discounted price - has also implemented price increases across all of its variants offered. The standard bundle (individual subscription for Apple Music, TV+, Arcade, and iCloud+ with 50GB storage) will have its monthly subscription rate increase from $14.95 to $16.95; family bundle (five-people subscription for Apple Music, TV+, Arcade, and iCloud+ with total 200GB storage) from $19.95 to $22.95; and Premier bundle (same as family bundle, plus News+ and Fitness+) from $29.95 to $32.95.</p><p>The Apple One bundle has been a key contributor to overall growth observed in Apple&#39;s service subscription volumes and overall traction since its introduction in fiscal 2021, attracting new users to pay for subscription services that they otherwise would not have subscribed to without the bundle discount. The bundle discount - even after the recent price increase - adds another positive touch to the service-specific value propositions for subscribers as discussed in the earlier section, which we view as a critical factor to mitigating risks of churn, while further bolstering Services growth.</p><p>The pricing advantage in Apple&#39;s Services segment is expected to contribute positively towards its longer-term valuation of about $1.5 trillion alone. Not only would it further improve the segment&#39;s profit margins - an increasingly prominent driver of Apple&#39;s free cash flows - but also help bolster the funding needed to support further expansion into additional services and upgrades that will aid penetration into a broader subscriber base over the longer term.</p><p><b>Near-Term Investment Risks to Consider</b></p><p><b>China Risks:</b> This has accordingly introduced demand risks to one of Apple&#39;s most core operating regions - China currently accounts of about a fifth of the company&#39;s consolidated sales and a quarter of the consolidated income. Concerns of said demand risks are further corroborated by the rare sighting of a direct pricing discount on certain devices introduced over the summer in China.
