And that’s exactly what Cook is setting his sights on.</p><p>“It’s the idea that there is this environment that may be even better than just the real world—to overlay the virtual world on top of it might be an even better world,” Cook said.</p><p>That’s exactly the kind world Meta and Zuckerberg are hoping to occupy, as well. The company already has a decent lead on Apple, with 22 million Quest headsets in the wild. But Apple has already proven time and again that it can enter an established space as a newcomer and effectively take over to become the dominant force.</p><p>Look no further than the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and AirPods for proof that Apple can take on an incumbent and leave it in the dust.</p><p>Apple and Meta have an acrimonious relationship. The iPhone maker’s privacy stance has limited Meta’s ability to track users while browsing the web via Safari or across apps via its App Tracking Transparency (ATT). ATT allows users to choose whether they want apps to track them across other apps and the web. In March 2020, shares bottomed out near $3/share. It opened May 9, at about $14.</p><p>If you got in late in 2020, at the time of the government’s technology crackdown, you’re losing money. Shares peaked at over $61 each at the start of 2021.</p><p>As a Nio stockholder, your view is colored by when you got in, and what you believed at the time. Was China’s government the savior of your investment, or did they take you for a ride?</p><p>That aside, looking at these numbers and competition, NIO stock probably won’t be going the distance.</p><p>Nio’s Numbers</p><p>Nio stock trades in Hong Kong as well as the U.S. Results are reported in Hong Kong dollars. These are currently trading at 7.85 HKD to the U.S. dollar. (The Chinese Yuan trades at 6.73 to the dollar, down sharply from 6.37 a month ago.)</p><p>At current exchange rates Nio lost about $1.61 billion in 2021,on revenue of $5.5 billion. Revenue was up 138% from 2020. The best news here was about $302 million in positive operating cash flow. Nio has a market capitalization of $49 billion.</p><p>Financial results for that first quarter are due May 13. Revenue is estimated at$1.54 billion with a loss of 16 cents/share. That would be an improvement over the last quarter’s 21 cents/share loss, on similar revenue.</p><p>The company reported its first quarter deliveries April 1 at25,768 cars. It delivered5,074more in April. Compare this to91,429delivered in all of 2021.</p><p>Now let’s put these numbers in context.</p><p>The Reality</p><p>Nio cars are made by <b>JAC Motors</b> in Hefei. JAC makes a full line of sedans, hatchbacks, and pick-ups. Think of Nio as a luxury electric brand for JAC.</p><p>Nio says it wants to be “China’s <b>Tesla</b>(NASDAQ:<b><u>TSLA</u></b>).” But based on delivery numbers, it’s not China’s Tesla. When you read that it’s coming out with a model “competitive” with the TeslaModel 3, know that it’s only making a few of them. Tesla delivered over 300,000 cars in the first quarter of 2022.</p><p>If you want to know what globally competitive means for Nio, look at Norway, Europe’s most competitive electric car market. Nio has gotten into that market with plans to sell 7,000 cars over the next two years. Key to making that happen will be infrastructure, specifically battery swaps, which Nio has pioneered in its home market. The idea is that as a battery’s range drops it can be quickly replaced, and the whole car serviced.</p><p>If Nio can make it in Norway, the argument goes, it can make it in the U.S. But there will be a lot of competition, including Chinese competition.<b>Geely</b>(OTCMKTS:<b><u>GELYF</u></b>), which delivers as many vehicles in China as Tesla does electrics worldwide, now owns Volvo and has a luxury electric brand calledPolestartaking orders in the U.S.</p><p>The Bottom Line on NIO Stock</p><p>Nio has a high public profile in U.S. markets because it came to the <b>New York Stock Exchange</b> in 2019.</p><p>That’s<i>not</i>the same thing as being China’s Tesla.</p><p>Nio is a luxury brand whose cars are being made by a state-backed company. It aims to export numbers measured in the thousands, while Tesla plans to produce numbers in the <i>millions</i>.</p><p>While Nio is slowly ramping up its export infrastructure, better-capitalized rivals in China are doing the same. In March 2020, shares bottomed out near $3/share. It opened May 9, at about $14.If you got in late in 2020, at the time of the government’s technology crackdown, you’re losing money. Shares peaked at over $61 each at the start of 2021.As a Nio stockholder, your view is colored by when you got in, and what you believed at the time. Was China’s government the savior of your investment, or did they take you for a ride?That aside, looking at these numbers and competition, NIO stock probably won’t be going the distance.Nio’s NumbersNio stock trades in Hong Kong as well as the U.S. Results are reported in Hong Kong dollars. JAC makes a full line of sedans, hatchbacks, and pick-ups. Think of Nio as a luxury electric brand for JAC.Nio says it wants to be “China’s Tesla(NASDAQ:TSLA).” But based on delivery numbers, it’s not China’s Tesla. When you read that it’s coming out with a model “competitive” with the TeslaModel 3, know that it’s only making a few of them. Tesla delivered over 300,000 cars in the first quarter of 2022.If you want to know what globally competitive means for Nio, look at Norway, Europe’s most competitive electric car market. Nio has gotten into that market with plans to sell 7,000 cars over the next two years. Key to making that happen will be infrastructure, specifically battery swaps, which Nio has pioneered in its home market. Reports suggest that Southeast Asia added 70 million shoppers since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.It’s also estimated that the number of online shoppers in Southeast Asia will reach 380 million by 2026. Long-term, shareholders will make out just fine.</li></ul><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/73a59116e5747e24c2d8f82ab521bf32\" tg-width=\"1600\" tg-height=\"900\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"/>Following its latest earnings, e-commerce giant <b>Amazon</b> (NASDAQ:<b><u>AMZN</u></b>) looks to be in the penalty box with investors.</p><p>The year-to-date decline in AMZN stock is now 36%, outpacing the 26% drop in the <b>Nasdaq</b> exchange on which the company’s shares trade.</p><p>At its current price of $2,141.72 a share, Amazon’s stock has given up all the gains it achieved during the pandemic when the online retailer became an essential resource for consumers all over the world who could no longer make in-person visits to shopping malls and brick-and-mortar retail outlets.</p><p>While the pullback this year has been steady, the shares really fell off a cliff over the past month following Amazon’sfirst-quarter results, which saw the company report a rare net loss and the slowest growth in 20 years.</p><table><tbody><tr><td><b><u>AMZN</u></b></td><td>Amazon</td><td>$2,141.72</td></tr></tbody></table><h2>The Bad Old Days</h2><p>To be fair, many of the problems that are currently vexing Amazon are not within the company’s control. Inflation at a 40-year high, rising interest rates, renewed Covid-19 lockdowns in China, and war in Ukraine are not problems unique to Amazon. Neither are global supply chain delays and elevated prices for oil and gas.</p><p>However, Amazon did take a major hit in the first quarter from a very bad investment decision the company made. In Q1, Amazon recorded amassive $7.6 billion losson its stake in electric vehicle start-up <b>Rivian</b>(NASDAQ:<b><u>RIVN</u></b>), whose share price has plunged 76% since is initial public offering (IPO) last fall.</p><p>Amazon, along with <b>Ford Motor Co.</b>(NYSE:<b><u>F</u></b>), was one of the biggest investors in Rivian, and expected that the EV company would supply it with 100,000 electric delivery vans. That investment has soured with RIVN stock cratering and thedelivery vans now delayed.</p><p>For its part, Ford has beendumping Rivian sharesas quickly as the automaker’s management team can hit the “sell” button. Regardless, the big loss on its Rivian investment led Amazon to post a Q1 net loss of $3.8 billion. It was Amazon’s first net loss since 2015 and prompted more than a few analysts to take their feet off their desks when the news appeared online.</p><p>In terms of sales, Amazon reported itsslowest growth ratesince the dot-com bubble burst in 2001, harkening back to the bad old days when the last widespread meltdown in technology stocks occurred.</p><p>Revenue at Amazon increased 7% during Q1, a marked comedown from 44% growth in the first quarter of 2021, and the slowest rate of growth for any quarter since the turn of the century. Worse, the company forecast even slower growth for the current second quarter, saying it expects revenues to expand between 3% and 7% from a year earlier. Amazon forecast Q2 revenueof $116 billion to $121 billion, well-below the $125.5 billion analysts had penciled in.</p><h2>Working To Recover</h2><p>Given the mounting problems, Q1 net loss, and slowing sales, investors can hardly be faulted for taking a wait-and-see approach towards AMZN stock. However, the company is taking steps to improve its fortunes and win back the confidence of<i>Wall Street</i>and<i>Main Street</i>.</p><p>The company announced that it is introducing a5% surchargefor some of its U.S. sellers, the first such fee it has levied. Plus, Amazon is raising the price of itsU.S. Prime membershipfor the first time in four years to $139 a year from $119 previously.</p><p>And, the company plans to hold its annual Prime Day sales event in July this year rather than June. That move will help to boost the company’s third quarter results during what has traditionally been the slowest period of the year.</p><p>Also, Amazon is executing a20-for-1 stock spliton June 6, its first since 1999. The split should put AMZN stock within reach of smaller retail investors and could lead to a rally in the downtrodden share price. And, the company has also approved $10 billion worth of share buybacks this year, which should further strengthen the stock in coming months.</p><p>Will it be enough? Time will tell. But the company is clearly taking offensive maneuvers to try and improve its situation and overcome the pressures that are being exerted on its business and share price. For their part, analysts remain optimistic about Amazon’s stock. Among 46 professionals who cover the e-commerce company, themedian price targeton Amazon’s share price is $3,700, implying 60% upside over the next year.</p><h2>Plan To Buy AMZN Stock After It Splits</h2><p>Amazon remains the world’s dominant e-commerce company and a leading technology concern. Long-term, the stock is still a great investment. And with the share price about to come down to about $110 a share (based on current levels) following the June 6 split, investors would be smart tobuy shares on the dipand hold them in their portfolio for the long haul.</p><p>In time, shareholders will continue to be rewarded by Amazon. Treat the current selloff and upcoming stock split as a rare opportunity. Long-term, shareholders will make out just fine.Following its latest earnings, e-commerce giant Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) looks to be in the penalty box with investors.The year-to-date decline in AMZN stock is now 36%, outpacing the 26% drop in the Nasdaq exchange on which the company’s shares trade.At its current price of $2,141.72 a share, Amazon’s stock has given up all the gains it achieved during the pandemic when the online retailer became an essential resource for consumers all over the world who could no longer make in-person visits to shopping malls and brick-and-mortar retail outlets.While the pullback this year has been steady, the shares really fell off a cliff over the past month following Amazon’sfirst-quarter results, which saw the company report a rare net loss and the slowest growth in 20 years.AMZNAmazon$2,141.72The Bad Old DaysTo be fair, many of the problems that are currently vexing Amazon are not within the company’s control. Inflation at a 40-year high, rising interest rates, renewed Covid-19 lockdowns in China, and war in Ukraine are not problems unique to Amazon. Neither are global supply chain delays and elevated prices for oil and gas.However, Amazon did take a major hit in the first quarter from a very bad investment decision the company made. In Q1, Amazon recorded amassive $7.6 billion losson its stake in electric vehicle start-up Rivian(NASDAQ:RIVN), whose share price has plunged 76% since is initial public offering (IPO) last fall.Amazon, along with Ford Motor Co.(NYSE:F), was one of the biggest investors in Rivian, and expected that the EV company would supply it with 100,000 electric delivery vans. That investment has soured with RIVN stock cratering and thedelivery vans now delayed.For its part, Ford has beendumping Rivian sharesas quickly as the automaker’s management team can hit the “sell” button. Regardless, the big loss on its Rivian investment led Amazon to post a Q1 net loss of $3.8 billion. It was Amazon’s first net loss since 2015 and prompted more than a few analysts to take their feet off their desks when the news appeared online.In terms of sales, Amazon reported itsslowest growth ratesince the dot-com bubble burst in 2001, harkening back to the bad old days when the last widespread meltdown in technology stocks occurred.Revenue at Amazon increased 7% during Q1, a marked comedown from 44% growth in the first quarter of 2021, and the slowest rate of growth for any quarter since the turn of the century. Worse, the company forecast even slower growth for the current second quarter, saying it expects revenues to expand between 3% and 7% from a year earlier. Amazon forecast Q2 revenueof $116 billion to $121 billion, well-below the $125.5 billion analysts had penciled in.Working To RecoverGiven the mounting problems, Q1 net loss, and slowing sales, investors can hardly be faulted for taking a wait-and-see approach towards AMZN stock. However, the company is taking steps to improve its fortunes and win back the confidence ofWall StreetandMain Street.The company announced that it is introducing a5% surchargefor some of its U.S. sellers, the first such fee it has levied. Plus, Amazon is raising the price of itsU.S. Prime membershipfor the first time in four years to $139 a year from $119 previously.And, the company plans to hold its annual Prime Day sales event in July this year rather than June. That move will help to boost the company’s third quarter results during what has traditionally been the slowest period of the year.Also, Amazon is executing a20-for-1 stock spliton June 6, its first since 1999. The split should put AMZN stock within reach of smaller retail investors and could lead to a rally in the downtrodden share price. And, the company has also approved $10 billion worth of share buybacks this year, which should further strengthen the stock in coming months.Will it be enough? Time will tell. But the company is clearly taking offensive maneuvers to try and improve its situation and overcome the pressures that are being exerted on its business and share price. For their part, analysts remain optimistic about Amazon’s stock. Among 46 professionals who cover the e-commerce company, themedian price targeton Amazon’s share price is $3,700, implying 60% upside over the next year.Plan To Buy AMZN Stock After It SplitsAmazon remains the world’s dominant e-commerce company and a leading technology concern. Long-term, the stock is still a great investment. In the first quarter, sales grew 7% year over year, but the outlook remains murky. Management expects a 3% to 7% year-over-year increase in the second quarter, with a potential operating loss. Amazon posted a net loss of $3.8 billion in the first quarter. That was tied to its investments in <b>Rivian Automotive</b>, from which it took a pre-tax valuation loss of $7.6 billion. The concern seems to be temporary and provides investors with an entry opportunity.Singapore-based Sea Limited is an internet and mobile platform company, which provides mobile digital content, e-commerce, gaming services and payment platforms.Robust Growth to SustainFor Q3 2021, Sea reported revenue growth of 121.8% on a year-on-year basis to $2.7 billion.Revenue growth for the company has been above 100% on a consistent basis. This explains the multi-fold returns before the current correction.It’s also very likely that robust growth will sustain for Sea in the coming years.A key reason is the company’s strong presence in the Southeast Asian markets. Reports suggest that Southeast Asia added 70 million shoppers since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.It’s also estimated that the number of online shoppers in Southeast Asia will reach 380 million by 2026. Indonesia is likely to be the leading market, followed by Vietnam and Thailand.Clearly, Sea Limited has positive industry tailwinds and this will ensure that healthy growth sustains.An important point to mention here is that as of Q3 2021, the company reported cash and equivalents of $11.12 billion. The company therefore has robust financial flexibility to pursue aggressive expansion and investment in marketing.Cash Burn will Decline with Operating LeverageWhen we look deeper into the company’s results, we can identify two primary segments that are potential cash flow drivers.For Q3 2021, the Digital Entertainment segment reported bookings of $1.2 billion. Once the digital Entertainment and E-commerce segments report positive EBITDA, SE stock will rally.Moreover, the company’s Digital Financial Services growth has also been robust. For Q3 2021, Sea reported $4.6 billion in mobile wallet payment volume. On a year-on-year basis, payment volumes were higher by 111%. With 39.3 million quarterly paying users, the Digital Financial Services segment is another potential game-changer.Sea Limited, therefore, has three business segments that are on a healthy growth trajectory. Geographical expansion for e-commerce is also likely in the next few years. This will ensure that the growth trajectory sustains. The company’s mobile game already has presence in Latin America and India.Wall Street’s TakeTurning to Wall Street, Sea Limited has a Strong Buy consensus rating, based on eight Buys and one Hold ratings assigned in the past three months. Will Amazon and Tesla stocks bounce back with their upcoming stock splits?</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d6bce942a70e3c69353ab9614346266b\" tg-width=\"2000\" tg-height=\"1333\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/><span>IMAGE SOURCE: GETTY IMAGES.</span></p><p><b>Behind the declines</b></p><p>Any evaluation of the potential for a comeback needs to first start with gaining an understanding of why it&#39;s even needed. There are at least a couple of common denominators behind the declines of both of these high-visibility stocks.</p><p>A distinct shift away from growth stocks began in the fourth quarter of 2021. Amazon and Tesla each felt the sting of this trend. Initially, Tesla fell more sharply than Amazon did. Investors&#39; concerns about rising interest rates and inflation have also weighed on both stocks. However, there are also unique factors causing the two stocks to slide.</p><p>Amazon&#39;s shares crashed after the company posted its worst quarterly results in years on April 28. The internet giant&#39;s big net loss was due to an investment in electric vehicle maker <b>Rivian</b>. But investors were also disappointed with Amazon&#39;s sluggish e-commerce growth.</p><p>Meanwhile, Tesla reported monster Q1 results on April 20. However, the company also warned about continuing supply chain headwinds. Perhaps more importantly, investors didn&#39;t seem thrilled about the prospects of Tesla CEO Elon Musk acquiring <b>Twitter</b>.</p><p><b>Stock splits to the rescue?</b></p><p>The planned stock splits announced by Amazon and Tesla don&#39;t change anything about any of the dynamics mentioned above. Investors could still shun growth stocks. Interest rates will almost certainly continue to rise. Inflation will probably remain at high levels. The unique factors behind the stocks&#39; declines won&#39;t be impacted.</p><p>However, don&#39;t discount the possibility that the opportunity to buy Amazon and Tesla at much lower prices won&#39;t entice many investors to do so. Amazon&#39;s stock will split 20-for-1 on June 6. We don&#39;t know yet what the split ratio will be for Tesla.</p><p>Both stocks have performed well after previous stock splits. Amazon has conducted three stock splits in the past. Its shares skyrocketed at least 48% in the subsequent weeks following each split. Tesla conducted a 5-for-1 stock split on Aug. 31, 2020. Although shares fell at first, they rebounded strongly with Tesla up more than 40% over the next four months.</p><p>There&#39;s no guarantee that either stock will experience similar results with their next split splits. Actually, there isn&#39;t a guarantee about when Tesla will split its stock. The timing of the stock split is in jeopardy after the company missed a regulatory deadline for a proxy statement filing.</p><p><b>Three predictions</b></p><p>I agree 100% with the statement often attributed to physicist Neils Bohr that &#34;prediction is very difficult, especially about the future.&#34; However, I&#39;ll step out on a limb with three predictions.</p><p>First, I think that Tesla will indeed move forward with a stock split despite its delayed proxy statement submission. My prediction is that the company will conduct a 10-for-1 stock split at some point later this year.</p><p>Second, I predict that both Amazon and Tesla will enjoy at least modest bumps following their respective stock splits. Because of the uncertain macroeconomic environment, though, I won&#39;t speculate on how long those rebounds will last.</p><p>Third, I predict that 10 years from now (and probably much sooner), most investors will have forgotten about the current malaise affecting both stocks and their 2022 stock splits. The real driving force (no pun intended) for both Amazon and Tesla is their long-term business prospects. That's probably the best -- and most succinct -- summary of how things are going these days for Amazon.com and Tesla shareholders.Amazon stock is almost 40% below its 52-week high. Tesla isn't in quite as bad shape but remains down close to 30% from the peak last fall.Some investors could be tempted to throw in the towel on the once highfliers. Others, though, could be circling specific dates on the calendar in hopes of a near-term rebound. Will Amazon and Tesla stocks bounce back with their upcoming stock splits?IMAGE SOURCE: GETTY IMAGES.Behind the declinesAny evaluation of the potential for a comeback needs to first start with gaining an understanding of why it's even needed. There are at least a couple of common denominators behind the declines of both of these high-visibility stocks.A distinct shift away from growth stocks began in the fourth quarter of 2021. Amazon and Tesla each felt the sting of this trend. Initially, Tesla fell more sharply than Amazon did. Investors' concerns about rising interest rates and inflation have also weighed on both stocks. However, there are also unique factors causing the two stocks to slide.Amazon's shares crashed after the company posted its worst quarterly results in years on April 28. The internet giant's big net loss was due to an investment in electric vehicle maker Rivian. But investors were also disappointed with Amazon's sluggish e-commerce growth.Meanwhile, Tesla reported monster Q1 results on April 20. However, the company also warned about continuing supply chain headwinds. Perhaps more importantly, investors didn't seem thrilled about the prospects of Tesla CEO Elon Musk acquiring Twitter.Stock splits to the rescue?The planned stock splits announced by Amazon and Tesla don't change anything about any of the dynamics mentioned above. Investors could still shun growth stocks. Interest rates will almost certainly continue to rise. Inflation will probably remain at high levels. The unique factors behind the stocks' declines won't be impacted.However, don't discount the possibility that the opportunity to buy Amazon and Tesla at much lower prices won't entice many investors to do so. Amazon's stock will split 20-for-1 on June 6. We don't know yet what the split ratio will be for Tesla.Both stocks have performed well after previous stock splits. Amazon has conducted three stock splits in the past. Its shares skyrocketed at least 48% in the subsequent weeks following each split. Tesla conducted a 5-for-1 stock split on Aug. 31, 2020. Although shares fell at first, they rebounded strongly with Tesla up more than 40% over the next four months.There's no guarantee that either stock will experience similar results with their next split splits. Actually, there isn't a guarantee about when Tesla will split its stock. The timing of the stock split is in jeopardy after the company missed a regulatory deadline for a proxy statement filing.Three predictionsI agree 100% with the statement often attributed to physicist Neils Bohr that \"prediction is very difficult, especially about the future.\" However, I'll step out on a limb with three predictions.First, I think that Tesla will indeed move forward with a stock split despite its delayed proxy statement submission. My prediction is that the company will conduct a 10-for-1 stock split at some point later this year.Second, I predict that both Amazon and Tesla will enjoy at least modest bumps following their respective stock splits. Because of the uncertain macroeconomic environment, though, I won't speculate on how long those rebounds will last.Third, I predict that 10 years from now (and probably much sooner), most investors will have forgotten about the current malaise affecting both stocks and their 2022 stock splits. The real driving force (no pun intended) for both Amazon and Tesla is their long-term business prospects. Once a Wall Street darling that saw demand for its virtual care services soar during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Teladoc stock is barely getting any love now.</p><p>It&#39;s true that demand for virtual medical consultations has faded as the pandemic eased, but it&#39;s also true that Teladoc still grew its Q1 revenue by 25% and expects to grow revenue by 18%-23% this year. With more organizations and governments worldwide digitizing services wherever possible, demand for telehealth is expected to grow double-digits in the years to come. Teladoc also specializes in virtual chronic disease management, and as the world&#39;s largest telehealth company, has a lot of power to navigate storms.</p><p>For example, high advertising rates are pressurizing margins for Teladoc&#39;s BetterHelp direct-to-consumer mental health business. Yet, Teladoc&#39;s scale still gives it the leeway to spend more money on the business to boost sales. In fact, Teladoc still expects 2022 BetterHelp revenue to grow in the &#34;upper half&#34; of its long-term mental health revenue growth target of 30%-40% per year.</p><p>Also, Teladoc wants to focus on whole-person care than individual solutions, meaning it wants customers to use multiple products. What might surprise you though is the stock I&#39;m going to name now: <b>BYD</b>.</p><p>Based in China, BYD is absolutely crushing it the world&#39;s largest EV market. BYD is, in fact, the largest seller of new energy vehicles (NEV) in China, and was the second-largest seller of plug-in EVs worldwide in 2021, second only to <b>Tesla</b>. BYD&#39;s sales of 106,042 NEVs last month was in fact a record for the company.</p><p>There&#39;s a lot more to BYD. It is also one of the largest lithium-ion battery makers in China. With prices of lithium reaching for the skies amid the Russia-Ukraine conflict and demand soaring even as supply remains tight as EV sales boom, BYD is sitting on a massive cash machine.</p><p>BYD took a big leap last month when it discontinued manufacturing of gasoline vehicles as it strives to become a pure EV play. This move itself reflects BYD&#34;s confidence in making it big in the EV industry, and with the industry itself only just getting started, BYD is the kind of stock you&#39;d want to put your money on.</p><h2>Dirt-cheap stock for its growth potential</h2><p><b><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/CRM\">Salesforce</a></b> is a leader in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Simply put, the company manages all customer information for organizations of all types and sizes to help them build client relationships and boost customer retention and sales.</p><p>To give you an example, A brick-and-mortar consumer goods company that&#39;s turning to e-commerce uses CRM software to view all customer information and interaction at one place.
