Indeed, it’s hard to believe that the former market darling has lost nearly 75% from its peak, just shy of $701 per share. The lockdown beneficiary has now surrendered its pandemic gains and then some.At a fresh five-year low, the former FAANG growth stock now trades at a modest 16.6 times trailing earnings. That’s not just cheap; it’s indicative of a potential value trap. The company has clocked in two straight quarters of weakness. It looks to be the start of a trend. The recent slew of subscription cancellations could be the start of a wave.Undoubtedly, competition in the SVOD (streaming video on demand) market has been picking up steadily over the course of many years. Add the pandemic pull-forward in demand, inflation’s impact, and the recession risk into the equation, and it’s been the perfect storm for Netflix. The real question on investors’ minds is whether the selling has been overdone. Turning to Wall Street, it’s apparent that analysts view the crash in NFLX stock as overblown.Does the market have Netflix stock wrong? Or does the recent slip in subscriber numbers mark the beginning of something far worse?Despite all the negatives and the potential for things to get even worse, I remain bullish on Netflix. The multiple is unprecedently low, and like it or not, Netflix remains a leader in its space, even as rivals look to steal its lunch.Further, I think there are reasons to give CEO Reed Hastings the benefit of the doubt as he pivots his firm towards the realm of video gaming. With a plan to have around 50 video games under the Netflix umbrella by year-end, the value proposition is bound to improve. However, I still think Netflix is dipping a toe into the shallow end of the gaming waters when it needs to take a dive into the deep end to regain the confidence of investors amid tumbling subscriber numbers.Netflix: Video Games Unlikely to Stop Subscriber BleedNetflix is unlikely to take anything away from its video content spending. The video-streaming wars are ongoing, and content will remain king. Though Netflix may suffer from the occasional content drought (we all want the next Squid Game-caliber binge-worthy TV series), a deep roster of video games could help deter consumers from hitting that “cancel subscription” button.Undoubtedly, Netflix isn’t nearly as sticky in a more competitive environment. While high inflation and anticipation of a recession may be to blame for the recent slide in subscribers, I do think that Netflix needs to improve upon the stickiness factor. In prior pieces, I highlighted that entertainment services heavily favored the bundlers. Thanks to big-tech firms, video streaming is just one component of a broader bundle.Netflix chief Reed Hastings likely recognizes this, and that’s a significant reason why he’s taking video games so seriously. Unfortunately, Netflix needs to really open its wallet if its gaming business is to help it reverse the declining trend in subscribers. The company’s line-up of mobile games may be enticing to some. However, the firm needs to make a big splash if the firm’s gaming service is to stack up against the likes of Microsoft (MSFT). Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass is essentially the Netflix of video games. It has a wide range of triple-A titles and represents great value for its subscribers.Netflix is behind in the gaming race, and it’s hard to imagine the firm will have the “absolute best” gaming service with Xbox Game Pass out there.Though mobile games are a decent start, Netflix likely needs to acquire a multi-billion-dollar video-game maker if it’s to live up to Hastings’ ambitions.Indeed, the problem is not the technology to stream video games. There is now a wide range of game-streaming platforms out there.Rather, it’s the caliber of content on such platforms. Unless Netflix acquires a gaming behemoth, it’s hard to imagine a world where Netflix can catch up in the video-game scene. For now, I’m skeptical as to whether games can save the stock. The company will need to spend a lot of money, and that’s money that could have gone towards the production of a binge-worthy series. Will Netflix’s Freeloader Crackdown Help Stop the Bleeding?Netflix is going to try to make freeloading subscribers pay up. On paper, such efforts should help alleviate recent pressures. However, I don’t think such moves will leave a very good taste in the mouths of its millions of freeloading users, some of which may not have the ability to pay for another subscription. For now, I view the password-sharing crackdown as an effort that will not do anything to sustainably reverse subscriber trends. At the end of the day, Netflix needs to offer its consumers more to get them to stick around instead of looking for short-term fixes.Wall Street’s TakeOn Wall Street, NFLX stock comes in as a Hold. Out of 39 analyst ratings, there are eight Buy recommendations, 28 Hold recommendations, and three Sell recommendations. The average Netflix price target is $299.93, implying upside potential of 65.4%. Analyst price targets range from a low of $235.00 per share to a high of $405.00 per share. The Bottom Line on Netflix StockNetflix has become a rather confusing story. The firm appears to be bleeding subscribers and is scrambling to heal the wound. For now, video games are unlikely to reverse cancellations en masse as the economy sinks into recession. Further, freeloader crackdowns and price increases should result in near-term pressure alleviation at best.Moving ahead, consumer spending could sink. Still, the firm needs to continue investing heavily in video content. If Hastings is serious about video games, Netflix should consider making a big splash in M&A.There are no easy answers for Netflix. However, the depressed valuation seems to imply that it’s curtains for Netflix. In actuality, the firm has levers it can pull to reignite subscriber growth.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":324,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9015490757,"gmtCreate":1649527270849,"gmtModify":1676534525166,"author":{"id":"4110985618786112","authorId":"4110985618786112","name":"Latu","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/8c7abf15f3c7db965cec190a06e058da","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4110985618786112","authorIdStr":"4110985618786112"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$Apple(AAPL)$drop drop drop :(","listText":"$Apple(AAPL)$drop drop drop :(","text":"$Apple(AAPL)$drop drop drop :(","images":[{"img":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/26083803732fa12127fc05f75fc2357b","width":"1125","height":"3150"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9015490757","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":129,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9015131929,"gmtCreate":1649437084545,"gmtModify":1676534512408,"author":{"id":"4110985618786112","authorId":"4110985618786112","name":"Latu","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/8c7abf15f3c7db965cec190a06e058da","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4110985618786112","authorIdStr":"4110985618786112"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"😌","listText":"😌","text":"😌","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9015131929","repostId":"2225608592","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2225608592","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1649430158,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2225608592?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-04-08 23:02","market":"us","language":"en","title":"3 Surefire Warren Buffett Stocks That Are Screaming Buys in April","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2225608592","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"Riding the Oracle of Omaha's coattails can make investors a lot richer.","content":"

When $Berkshire Hathaway( BRK.A )( BRK.B ) CEO Warren Buffett speaks, Wall Street and investors pay close attention. That's because the Oracle of Omaha, as Buffett has come to be known, has a remarkable history of making money.

Since taking the helm as CEO of Berkshire in 1965, Buffett has overseen the creation of more than $760 billion in shareholder value. In terms of percentages, the aggregate value of Berkshire Hathaway's Class A shares (BRK.A) is up 4,184,213% since 1965. In other words, riding Warren Buffett's coattails has long been a moneymaking strategy.

At the moment, Berkshire Hathaway's portfolio consists of nearly four dozen securities. While many of these investments should perform just fine over the long run, three of these Buffett stocks stand out as screaming buys in April.

General Motors

The first surefire Warren Buffett stock that can drive investors to solid gains in April and likely well beyond is auto giant General Motors.

There are a couple of factors weighing on GM at the moment. To begin with, the entire auto industry is contending with semiconductor-chip shortages and other supply-chain issues. These supply concerns have caused GM and its peers to scale back production or halt/slow expansion opportunities.

There's also concern about the rising-rate environment and what that might do to auto loan demand. Though these are tangible worries for short-term traders, they're not something that should be of any concern to patient investors.

For General Motors, its long-awaited shot in the arm of organic growth has arrived. The electrification of consumer vehicles and enterprise fleets presents a multidecade vehicle-replacement cycle that should lead to above-average sales and profit growth for GM and the industry. Understanding how important this pivotal shift to electric vehicles (EVs) is, GM upped its investment in EVs, autonomous vehicles, and batteries to $35 billion through 2025.

General Motors' goals are ambitious but well within the realm of achievable. According to CEO Mary Barra, the company aims to launch 30 new EVs globally by the end of 2025, with the goal of producing more than 1 million EVs annually in North America by mid-decade. A majority of these EVs will be trucks, which generate juicier margins than sedans and are the perfect pivot with gasoline and diesel prices soaring.

Something else to consider is that General Motors has a well-known brand in markets outside the United States. In particular, the company has delivered 2.9 million vehicles in China, the world's No. 1 auto market, in back-to-back years. GM's deep pockets, well-known brand, and existing infrastructure should allow it to become a major player in China's nascent EV market.

Even if near-term profit estimates fade a bit due to chip/part shortages and/or interest-rate uncertainty, General Motors remains an absolute bargain at roughly six to seven times Wall Street's forecast earnings for 2022 and 2023.

Verizon Communications

Another surefire Warren Buffett holding that's begging to be bought in April is telecom stock Verizon Communications.

Many of the big names in telecom have come under pressure over the past year on the idea that interest rates will need to rise significantly to corral historically high levels of inflation. Since Verizon is lugging around quite a bit of debt, and access to cheap capital could quickly dwindle, investors have taken a cautious stance. But this trepidation can be your opportunity to nab a great deal.

Although Verizon has been a slow-growing company in recent years, it does have two clear organic growth catalysts in plain sight that could reasonably lift its valuation.

First, there's the ongoing rollout of 5G wireless infrastructure. Verizon noted in January that it was planning to spend between $5 billion and $6 billion this year to build out 5G in initial markets and prepare for the next round of 5G expansion. Keep in mind that it's been a decade since wireless download speeds were meaningfully improved.

Access to faster download speeds should entice a multiyear consumer and enterprise device-replacement cycle. Since Verizon generates its juiciest margins from data consumption, 5G is an investment that shouldn't take much time to pay off handsomely for the company's wireless segment.

The second big catalyst for Verizon is its acquisition of 5G mid-band spectrum last year. Buying this mid-band spectrum is essential for the company's 5G at-home broadband services push. The company's goal is to have its 5G at-home broadband services in 30 million homes by the end of 2023. Even though broadband isn't the high-growth trend it was in the 2000s, it's still a steady producer of cash flow and can encourage add-on sales for existing wireless subscribers.

If you need a few more good reasons to buy Verizon right now, consider its valuation and dividend. This is a company that's averaged a forward price-to-earnings ratio of 11.5 and a dividend yield of a little over 4% over the past five years. Investors can currently buy shares of Verizon for about nine times forward-year earnings and will receive an almost 5% dividend yield for their patience.

Bank of America

The third surefire Warren Buffett stock that stands out as a screaming buy in April is Bank of America. BofA is Berkshire Hathaway's second-largest holding.

Not to sound like a broken record, but bank stocks have been under pressure in recent weeks as a result of interest-rate movements. But rather than worrying specifically about a rising-rate environment, Wall Street and investors appear most concerned about the inversion of the two-year and 10-year U.S. Treasury yields. While not every yield-curve inversion is followed by a recession, every recession dating back multiple decades has been preceded by a two-year/10-year yield-curve inversion.

Interestingly, though, the cyclical nature of the banking industry can actually be viewed as a positive if you're a long-term investor. Despite recessions being an inevitable part of the economic cycle, periods of contraction often last for only a few months or a couple of quarters.

By comparison, economic expansions are measured in years. This means bank stocks like BofA tend to benefit from the natural expansion of the U.S. economy over time.

What makes Bank of America such an intriguing investment opportunity at the moment is its interest-rate sensitivity. No big bank stands to benefit more from a rising-rate environment than BofA. When the company reported its year-end results in January, it noted that a 100 basis-point parallel shift in the interest-rate yield curve would bring in an estimated $6.5 billion in added net interest income over the next 12 months. That's because the Oracle of Omaha, as Buffett has come to be known, has a remarkable history of making money.Since taking the helm as CEO of Berkshire in 1965, Buffett has overseen the creation of more than $760 billion in shareholder value. While many of these investments should perform just fine over the long run, three of these Buffett stocks stand out as screaming buys in April.General MotorsThe first surefire Warren Buffett stock that can drive investors to solid gains in April and likely well beyond is auto giant General Motors. Understanding how important this pivotal shift to electric vehicles (EVs) is, GM upped its investment in EVs, autonomous vehicles, and batteries to $35 billion through 2025.General Motors' goals are ambitious but well within the realm of achievable. According to CEO Mary Barra, the company aims to launch 30 new EVs globally by the end of 2025, with the goal of producing more than 1 million EVs annually in North America by mid-decade. A majority of these EVs will be trucks, which generate juicier margins than sedans and are the perfect pivot with gasoline and diesel prices soaring.Something else to consider is that General Motors has a well-known brand in markets outside the United States. In particular, the company has delivered 2.9 million vehicles in China, the world's No. 1 auto market, in back-to-back years. GM's deep pockets, well-known brand, and existing infrastructure should allow it to become a major player in China's nascent EV market.Even if near-term profit estimates fade a bit due to chip/part shortages and/or interest-rate uncertainty, General Motors remains an absolute bargain at roughly six to seven times Wall Street's forecast earnings for 2022 and 2023.Verizon CommunicationsAnother surefire Warren Buffett holding that's begging to be bought in April is telecom stock Verizon Communications. But this trepidation can be your opportunity to nab a great deal.Although Verizon has been a slow-growing company in recent years, it does have two clear organic growth catalysts in plain sight that could reasonably lift its valuation.First, there's the ongoing rollout of 5G wireless infrastructure. Verizon noted in January that it was planning to spend between $5 billion and $6 billion this year to build out 5G in initial markets and prepare for the next round of 5G expansion. Keep in mind that it's been a decade since wireless download speeds were meaningfully improved.Access to faster download speeds should entice a multiyear consumer and enterprise device-replacement cycle. Investors can currently buy shares of Verizon for about nine times forward-year earnings and will receive an almost 5% dividend yield for their patience.Bank of AmericaThe third surefire Warren Buffett stock that stands out as a screaming buy in April is Bank of America. While not every yield-curve inversion is followed by a recession, every recession dating back multiple decades has been preceded by a two-year/10-year yield-curve inversion.Interestingly, though, the cyclical nature of the banking industry can actually be viewed as a positive if you're a long-term investor. Despite recessions being an inevitable part of the economic cycle, periods of contraction often last for only a few months or a couple of quarters.By comparison, economic expansions are measured in years. With the nation's central bank forecasting north of 100 basis points in cumulative hikes in 2022, Bank of America is potentially set for a windfall of extra interest income. Also, as I've previously pointed out, Bank of America's digitization efforts are progressing nicely. Over the past three years, the company has increased its active digital banking users by 5 million to 41 million and has seen the percentage of sales completed digitally jump from 31% to 49% over the same stretch. Digital transactions are substantially cheaper for the company than in-person or phone-based interactions. With profits expected to jump considerably over the next two years, Bank of America's recent pullback is the ideal time for opportunistic investors to go shopping.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":164,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9012268744,"gmtCreate":1649340895234,"gmtModify":1676534494545,"author":{"id":"4110985618786112","authorId":"4110985618786112","name":"Latu","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/8c7abf15f3c7db965cec190a06e058da","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4110985618786112","authorIdStr":"4110985618786112"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$Spotify Technology S.A.(SPOT)$[Cry] hold?","listText":"$Spotify Technology S.A.(SPOT)$[Cry] hold?","text":"$Spotify Technology S.A.(SPOT)$[Cry] hold?","images":[{"img":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/bfa9cae02e78a00748c7aa9f7c5b5a10","width":"1125","height":"2789"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9012268744","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":114,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9010749659,"gmtCreate":1648477666841,"gmtModify":1676534342849,"author":{"id":"4110985618786112","authorId":"4110985618786112","name":"Latu","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/8c7abf15f3c7db965cec190a06e058da","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4110985618786112","authorIdStr":"4110985618786112"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"nice!!","listText":"nice!!","text":"nice!!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":4,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9010749659","repostId":"1165236361","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1165236361","kind":"news","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1648476322,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1165236361?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-03-28 22:05","market":"us","language":"en","title":"AMC Stock Surged More Than 13% in Morning Trading","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1165236361","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"AMC stock surged more than 13% in morning trading after the company's CEO Adam Aron discussed potent","content":"

AMC stock surged more than 13% in morning trading after the company's CEO Adam Aron discussed potential future investments to capitalize on the interest of retail investors.

Per a report by Reuters, Aron stated: "I'd like to think there will be more third-party external M&A announcements going forward where AMC can reach for the stars and intriguing investments that have potentially attractive returns".

"Transformational M&A is mandatory. In actuality, the firm has levers it can pull to reignite subscriber growth.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":324,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9015131929,"gmtCreate":1649437084545,"gmtModify":1676534512408,"author":{"id":"4110985618786112","authorId":"4110985618786112","name":"Latu","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/8c7abf15f3c7db965cec190a06e058da","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4110985618786112","authorIdStr":"4110985618786112"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"😌","listText":"😌","text":"😌","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9015131929","repostId":"2225608592","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2225608592","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1649430158,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2225608592?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-04-08 23:02","market":"us","language":"en","title":"3 Surefire Warren Buffett Stocks That Are Screaming Buys in April","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2225608592","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"Riding the Oracle of Omaha's coattails can make investors a lot richer.","content":"

With profits expected to jump considerably over the next two years, Bank of America's recent pullback is the ideal time for opportunistic investors to go shopping.

","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
3 Surefire Warren Buffett Stocks That Are Screaming Buys in April
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n3 Surefire Warren Buffett Stocks That Are Screaming Buys in April\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2022-04-08 23:02 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
When $Berkshire Hathaway( BRK.A )( BRK.B ) CEO Warren Buffett speaks, Wall Street and investors pay close attention. While many of these investments should perform just fine over the long run, three of these Buffett stocks stand out as screaming buys in April.General MotorsThe first surefire Warren Buffett stock that can drive investors to solid gains in April and likely well beyond is auto giant General Motors. Investors can currently buy shares of Verizon for about nine times forward-year earnings and will receive an almost 5% dividend yield for their patience.Bank of AmericaThe third surefire Warren Buffett stock that stands out as a screaming buy in April is Bank of America. With profits expected to jump considerably over the next two years, Bank of America's recent pullback is the ideal time for opportunistic investors to go shopping.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":164,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9015490757,"gmtCreate":1649527270849,"gmtModify":1676534525166,"author":{"id":"4110985618786112","authorId":"4110985618786112","name":"Latu","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/8c7abf15f3c7db965cec190a06e058da","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4110985618786112","authorIdStr":"4110985618786112"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$Apple(AAPL)$drop drop drop :(","listText":"$Apple(AAPL)$drop drop drop :(","text":"$Apple(AAPL)$drop drop drop :(","images":[{"img":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/26083803732fa12127fc05f75fc2357b","width":"1125","height":"3150"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9015490757","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":129,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9012268744,"gmtCreate":1649340895234,"gmtModify":1676534494545,"author":{"id":"4110985618786112","authorId":"4110985618786112","name":"Latu","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/8c7abf15f3c7db965cec190a06e058da","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4110985618786112","authorIdStr":"4110985618786112"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$Spotify Technology S.A.(SPOT)$[Cry] hold?","listText":"$Spotify Technology S.A.(SPOT)$[Cry] hold?","text":"$Spotify Technology S.A.(SPOT)$[Cry] hold?","images":[{"img":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/bfa9cae02e78a00748c7aa9f7c5b5a10","width":"1125","height":"2789"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9012268744","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":114,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9037258931,"gmtCreate":1648125225228,"gmtModify":1676534306832,"author":{"id":"4110985618786112","authorId":"4110985618786112","name":"Latu","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/8c7abf15f3c7db965cec190a06e058da","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4110985618786112","authorIdStr":"4110985618786112"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"this is great!","listText":"this is great!","text":"this is great!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9037258931","repostId":"1148138552","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1148138552","kind":"news","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1648113246,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1148138552?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-03-24 17:14","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Spotify Rose Nearly 4% in Premarket Trading as Google Allowed Alternative In-App Payments for Spotify Users","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1148138552","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"Spotify rose nearly 4% in premarket trading as Google allowed alternative in-app payments for Spotif","content":"

Spotify rose nearly 4% in premarket trading as Google allowed alternative in-app payments for Spotify users.Spotify has reached a deal with Google to offer an alternative payment method within its app for users, the latest sign of the weakening grip that app stores have over third-party software.

The streaming music service and Alphabet Inc.'s search giant announced the deal Wednesday, allowing Spotify's app within the Google Play Store to offer a choice between its alternative payment method and Google's own, which takes as much as a 30% share of revenue.

","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html;
