Trying to pick the turning piont is probably wishful thinking. However, I am in the belief we must be closer to the bottom than the top given how far back the market has come. I would be surprised if in 3 months time we are below where we are today. The question to answer is where the low piont sits I guess.

I think the crypto world changes happening right now will require some cash to be freed up and will require the sale of more tesla shares. The debt arrangements for buying Twitter may be interesting to see if we ever get visibility??

2022 was a rough year for sure.  The worst performer I had was without a doubt core scientific down a solid 99%.  Hard to beat that but the other great performers shouldn't be measured on share price reduction/increase but ability to accumulate quality companies at cheaper prices. I count a reduction of 30-40% as a win. Many great companies that are still at great prices. Measuring the value purchased and quantity of shares purchased is the better measure than % increase.  Especially as I am investing on a 5 year time horizon.  Top stable performers $John Deere(DE)$  and $Caterpillar(CAT)$   which had small buying opportunities during the year. I can't understand why the market goes up the day before each payday in a downward market. It's a good argument both for and against dca eg Murphys law. Dammed if you do and dammed if you don't in this market.

Aligning with big players like Google will position coinbase to be one of the long term players if an industry consolidation occurs.

I recently thought i had discovered an error on the app that I had never seen before. On the home screen stocks have had a color similar to grass appear over the last week. It turns out green means stocks are up. This is actually the only indicator needed to invest successfully. Sell when green for a profit. How hard can it be??

$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$facebook, insta and what's app are an integral part of my life and hard to replace.  These apps are as a regular tool in today's life like the telephone would have been 50 years ago.  I can't see these user numbers reducing and the company should be able to continue dominating this space for many years to come.

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$Hedge your bets and buy some before earnings. If the news isn't as good as I expect you can pick up more cheaper. If it goes up happy days as it's still light years ahead of competitors. There must still be long term value especially given the significant discount from the crazy highs.
