hmmm this article seem to skim many important points 1. slow down of economy is artifically induced by Feds intentionally and is the intended outcome. The Feds now have lots of ammo in it's arsenal to stimulate the economy if it needs to. 2. Following point 1, Feds will be cutting rates if there are signs that economy is heading into recession or when their inflation target is met.  3.
