Because of over-involvement in my modest share portfolio (ie too much emotion /FOMO motivated buying and selling!), I rarely outperform NASDAQ even short-term... Except my "colossal" 6%+ week to 15 September, đ
$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ DOA! I fail to see how a new auditor will turn around months of anti-stratospheric declines. The AUDITOR?!? The mob everybody is indirectly throwing money at with absolute confidence they can unpack SMCI's labyrinthine accounts and steer them back to the path of righteousness? What no auditor before them could. Honestly, the amount of dumb money rolling around the xchanges disgusts me considering billions of people we share the planet with can barely earn enough to eat.
$Dave Inc(DAVE)$ Dave, done dirt cheap! With a diluted holding cost of MINUS US$67.95, my buy/sell timing the last few months was bang on the money and the money's now mine! Thank goodness, considering how many poorly timed, speculative, reckless, at best break-even trades Dave's tidy little earner has helpfully offset.
Well I was killing it until I momentarily lost sight and failed to realise China's bull was rapidly retreating. So on Monday 7 October foolishly established a position in TIGR at the ticker tippy top, which sadly went rapidly downhill from there as 8 and 9 October P&L screams loud and clear. "Grrr Tiger!" Fingers crossed the bull will be let loose again ASAP!
