We have to social engineer the population into having children the same way social engineering was utilised to slow population growth in the late 20th century. Importing a foreign population to replace the workforce is not a viable long term solution, especially when expats take much of the revenue generated back home instead of reinvesting into the local economy.
Lowering IR too early is the worst thing we can do long term rn with out struggling economy, and I subscribe to the Austrian model. I'm broke and struggling but we have to tough this out for a bit.
