Cloud Nine?) account for more than 40% of the S&amp;P 500's market value according to Dow Jones Market Data. So they have a huge sway on the broader market. \n</p>\n<p>\n     Add in the enthusiasm about expected interest rate cuts from the Federal Reserve as well as fiscal stimulus from Washington, and it's easy to see why several strategists are lifting their targets for the S&amp;P 500.
