Either shorts are pumping to short it because they know Friday is the last trading day of the ticker being listed on Nasdaq, and come monday it's getting booted to the OTC where some trading platforms wont be able to go. so the selling pressure will be extraordinary !!ORInsiders are loading because they got word of a potential BO, or Partnership or the CEO will postpone the BK and focus on bringing the business value up to selling the business later... be vigilant and careful Bulls !

Hindsight always 20-20 but really wish I continued watching $Netflix(NFLX)$ after day trading that first flush! Lost my focus on trading and this setup, but like many setups the better opportunity is playing the rejections after low volume retests of resistance.

$Roku Inc(ROKU)$  TCL has had tremendous success. No doubt.Today is the first day you can buy Roku branded TV's.Do you you think TCL actually manufactured their own screens -- no.Roku's OS on TCL may be responsible for TCL's success.Roku has by far the best OS. Roku branded TV's is a brilliant move by this company and it's massively underestimated on Wall Street.The bottom line is this, if the screens are all relatively equal -- and they will be because that's the direction the industry is headed -- Roku wins hands down. Roku wins because what will define and/or differentiate and determine the success or failure of future TV's is the OS.

$Shopify Inc(SHOP)$ From the perspective of technical trends, you are the most beautiful, so I am particularly optimistic about you, I hope you can compete, I hope you can verify my theory 

$SoFi Technologies Inc.(SOFI)$ the Supreme Court news is a positive as the educated $SOFI investor knows that any decision on this is advantageous for Sofi as it means existing customers will repay loans and new customers will now look to refinance. The uncertainty and moratoriums caused the issue.This is unrelated to the student loan debt forgiveness that’s currently being pursued by Biden. This has to do with a class action settlement brought against for-profit colleges that misrepresented their value.

$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ 10K filing is a ticking time bomb for Shorts… if they don’t cover by then or make profit and move away… the Short Pigs will get slaughtered… get ready for 20% moves!!!
