The emergence of Sora presents a significant challenge for . Tesla's core value proposition lies in its autonomous driving technology, heavily reliant on AI and machine vision, which has earned Tesla the reputation of being an AI company. However, Sora, functioning as a real-world simulator, facilitates the implementation of AI for autonomous driving by more companies, potentially narrowing the technological gap with Tesla. With a bearish gap open due to a downgrade, my next support levels are at 160.92, though they're not highly refined. There won't be upside potential until the 172.38-174.53 zone is regained. TSLA has been the worst-performing stock in the S&P500 for 2024 so far.As for my confidence in Tesla, it depends on how the situation unfolds. If the s

Even Compares to the crazist 2000 S&P500 is overvalued

During the holidays, I'll be holding onto cash. My target for the $S&P 500(.SPX)$ in 2024 is 5000.Considering the current market environment, especially the high valuations of tech stocks, there are still some uncertainties. Compared to 2000, the market today appears even more frenzied, with overall stock valuations surpassing those of that time. Then, there were many deeply undervalued value stocks in the market, whereas now, most of the passive holdings in the S&P 500 have reached 50%, reducing the capacity for price discovery. Additionally, it's challenging to find significantly cheap investments in traditional sectors, as highlighted in Buffett's recent annual report. Moreover, in 2000, there were some wildly sp

Can Advertising Help Netflix Stock Bounce Back?

The struggling streaming service might be able to reignite growth in an increasingly competitive industry. While Netflix $Netflix(NFLX)$ was thriving for many years before 2020, the pandemic -- which forced people to stay inside and find ways to entertain themselves -- was a major boon for the business. But recently, as economies reopen and things return to normal, the company is struggling to achieve the impressive growth to which shareholders are so accustomed. This top streaming stock needs to find a way to turn its prospects around, and advertising might be the answer.Netflix is facing a new realityIt has been widely reported that because of shutting off its service in Russia, Netflix ended up losing 200,000 subscribers in the f

2 Stocks Under $100 You Can Buy and Hold Forever

KEY POINTS The banking industry is highly cyclical but also dependably bounces back from headwinds bigger and better than ever. U.S. consumers and corporations are too addicted to mobile communications to stop paying for them. The highest-quality stocks don't always sport the highest prices. In theory, the absolute price of a stock shouldn't matter. It's purely a function of the number of shares a company has issued compared to how investors feel about that organization's earnings prospects. A stock's price can be adjusted lower by a stock split or pushed higher by a reverse stock split. Compare it to holding two $10 bills instead of one $20 bill, or vice versa. In reality, however, a stock's absolute price can impact the market's perception of that company. A handful of corporations even

Better Buy: Keppel DC REIT Vs Mapletree Industrial Trust

It’s time to once again compare these two data-centre-heavy REITs to see which comes out on top.Industrial REITs have been a bastion of stability throughout the pandemic.Of course, the important attribute that many of them have is strong tenants within their portfolio. This fact has enabled many industrial REITs to pay out a dependable and consistent flow of dividends through good times and bad.Within the industrial REIT space, it may be tough to choose between two REITs that seem to be equally good.$KEPPEL DC REIT(AJBU.SI)$ $MAPLETREE INDUSTRIAL TRUST(ME8U.SI)$Take Keppel DC REIT and Mapletree Industrial Trust, or MINT, for instance. Both REITs

1 Growth Stock Down 77% to Buy

$Block(SQ)$ KEY POINTS The Square ecosystem is growing rapidly. International expansion is still in its early stages. Cash App is a leader in its space. Don't let the stock's sell-off distract from the huge market opportunity Block is capitalizing on.When it comes to fintech stocks, Block is one of the best-known companies in the public markets, although more may know it by its former name, Square. What began as a company with a simple device that could be plugged into the headphone jack of a smartphone to accept credit card payments has blossomed into a $37 billion company with dozens of products and services in a little more than a decade.Unfortunately for the company and its shareholders, Block has had a rough year, with shares down m

$Gaotu Techedu Inc.(GOTU)$ I personally favor GOTU over $TAL Education Group(TAL)$ and $New Oriental Education & Technology(EDU)$   because a smaller company can turn the tide faster than a bigger company. Titanic vs speedboat. Also is GOTU purely online and can change because of that very fast. And the beauty of all, GOTU already changed their bussiness and got 2 profit quarters

$Visa(V)$  I understand the headwinds with inflation, Ukraine etc....but look at the travel stocks all saying the business traveler is coming back. Flights are full, convention ctrs booked through 2022/23, coupled with the already strong leisure travel....Visa should start to get back to and break $230, and start the rise to $260.This ER may have some soft number which is already in the stock price, but the guidance should be very strong as the business travelers are coming back.

Here's What It Really Means If Netflix Tries to Buy Roku

KEY POINTS Consumers are switching services frequently and will likely drop more of them in the coming year. Netflix is forced to spend heavily on content but might be hitting the ceiling on what it can charge given consumer behavior. This makes distribution potentially more valuable than content, which is why Roku is a rumored acquisition target. There's potentially a more valuable part of the streaming-TV revolution.$Netflix(NFLX)$ $Roku Inc(ROKU)$ Streaming video service Netflix might be trying to acquire connected-TV (CTV) platform Roku, according to rumors that have surfaced in recent weeks. For now, it's just a rumor, but Netflix has good reason to make a deal like this happen. Video content

Hmm. If overall Chinese e-commerce for 618 was flat this year (barely grew), but JD reported 10% growth in 618 sales (even if less than last year's 27% growth), that means on average the other e-commerce players actually shrank 618 sales... But BABA and PDD don't publish their 618 numbers. Funny that JD may be the only one punished as a result of publishing their numbers, but may be the only one actually growing (at least until earnings). $JD.com(JD)$
