Microsoft: Price Target Upgrade On Acquisition Of Activision

Summary Following the announced Microsoft acquisition of Activision Blizzard, we determined the outlook of Activision based on its upcoming game releases, deriving a forward 5-yr average revenue growth of 13%. We believe that $Microsoft(MSFT)$ could leverage Activision’s massive active user base for its Game Pass subscription services with an estimated $484 mln in synergies for 2023. In terms of its financial impact, we see the deal supported by Microsoft’s massive cash pile, contributing 4% to top-line revenue. Xiaomi: The Market Could be Wrong Given Its Strong Financial Prospects

It is hard to get excited after looking at Xiaomi's ($XIAOMI-W(01810)$ ) recent performance, when its stock has declined 29% over the past three months. However, stock prices are usually driven by a company’s financial performance over the long term, which in this case looks quite promising. In this article, we decided to focus onXiaomi's ROE. $iShares Russell 2000 ETF(IWM)$ The fresh CPI data cements a Sept rate cut, while the 90-day US-China tariff delay keeps inflation tame. Institutions are easing small-cap worries – if Russell holds up, the broader market should stay resilient.

United Overseas Bank's (SGX:U11) : Not Great Income Stock

United Overseas Bank Limited($UNITED OVERSEAS BANK LIMITED(U11.SI)$ ) has announced that it will be increasing its dividend on the 13th of May to S$0.60. This takes the annual payment to 3.7% of the current stock price, which is about average for the industry. United Overseas Bank's Payment Has Solid Earnings Coverage Solid dividend yields are great, but they only really help us if the payment is sustainable. Prior to this announcement, United Overseas Bank's earnings easily covered the dividend, but free cash flows were negative. Since a dividend means the company is paying out cash to investors, this could prove to be a problem in the future. Looking forward, earnings per share is forecast to rise by 12.8% over the next year. If the dividend cont

$LAOPU GOLD(06181)$ Right now, growth stocks are my go-to! When the economy slows down, the market favors companies that can keep delivering solid growth, just look at $POP MART(09992)$ , Lao Pu Gold, and $XIAOMI-W(01810)$ . They all thrived during similar cycles. It’s the same story now, growth stocks are getting premium valuations because their cash flow is steady and their growth is predictable. I’m holding onto mine with confidence because once the economy picks up, the returns on growth stocks are usually way bigger than value stocks. No way I’m missing out on this one!

$SoFi Technologies Inc.(SOFI)$ people you have to get a clue....shorts brought this price down...they may not be adding here but they are NOT COVERING....look at the volume...its at or below the daily average....shorts are not covering...they started this attack at a shareprice of 15....unless there is some significant catalyst they don't need to cover...they are up bigtime now....I LOVE SOFI long term but it is going to be a grind....9.80 to 10 was support for a long time...now its resistance...its is just trading with the DAQ right nowthe volume will be the metric to watch, if it picks up big time then you will see some movement...Great company, well run....but this is where we are at now...Hopefully will consolidate below 10 before it moves higher

$TENCENT(00700)$ TCEHY beat earnings easy. Year after year growth. TCEHY seems to have began developing the Meta Verse technology. China becoming a huge influence on the world and would be surprised if TCEHY begins huge opportunity outside of China too. Last TCEHY market cap is just about even to its revenue. Considering that so many company’s like Tesla, Apple, Microsoft, and many others are trading around 30 times more than they make as Revenue. I would feel pretty safe to assume TCEHY should easily be worth nowhere less than $300 per share... and possibly even more $500++. What do you all think if my thoughts??
