Cinda International Holdings (HKG:0111) raised 28.9 million yuan via disposal of 8% guaranteed Laohekou Highway International's 28 million yuan bonds on the market, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The company made a gain of about 0.9 million yuan through the disposal of and the interest accrued on the bonds.
The company plans to use the proceeds from the disposal for the general working capital of the group or make an investment if an opportunity arises.
