China Aircraft Leasing Group to Purchase Two Aircraft by August

China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings (HKG:1848) through its subsidiary agreed to buy two Boeing 737-800 aircraft from two subsidiaries of Cinda Financial Leasing on Tuesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Cinda Financial Leasing is a subsidiary of China Cinda Asset Management (HKG:1359).
The two aircraft are currently leased to an airline and will be delivered to the company by the end of August upon the expiration of the lease.
The company plans to further improve the aircraft, maximize the potential of the assets, and enhance their market value.
