I opened 3 lot(s) $PLTR 20240419 22.0 PUT$  ,With another CSPut contract @$22 expiring today, likely worthless, here opening another batch expiring next week, again with the same strike of $22. Palantir has been trading very well above the $22 level as a support since it’s last earning 2 months ago, which I have been selling put option since and has yet to get any assignments thus keeping all the premiums collected.

I opened 1 lot(s) $AMD 20240419 150.0 PUT$  ,As the current CSPut contract with a 157.5 strike expiring today, likely worthless, have opened another put contract expiring next Friday, AMD currently trading near the 162 support level. Finding these support level helps to position your option strikes at a strategic position that are advantages to your trading strategy. To either avoid (as much as possible) assignments or to own the underlying shares at your preferred price point.

$Occidental(OXY)$ Question for those that went heavy into Oxy warrants when they were cheap:To exit, what would seem to be a better strategy?1). Selling tens of thousands of warrants knowing their low liquidity presents a challenge?2) selling short tens of thousands of shares of Oxy common (same number of shares as the warrants you hold) …..and then paying your broker $22/warrant to exercise warrants into shares to “flatten the box and settle your short”If your warrants are a long term cap gain position….am I missing any short term tax effects that would creep into strategy #2? I confess that I allowed Schwsb to handle exercising 3 lots of 100 warrants last year to see if they could handle it, and they were never able to

$XPeng Inc.(XPEV)$ Electric cars are the future. This particular stock backed by Volkswagen is possibly going to survive the current market downfall and when it will rise…it will rise with vengeance. I am ready to wait 3-5 years for this stock to go back up to 30, 40, 50 and higher. Market rewards those who are patient. This is solid company this is the Toyota of EVs. This is the only Chinese stock with direct investment from a western leading car manufacturer (Volkswagen). Germans don’t just invest $700 Million … they have done their due diligence and this company has what it takes. I have driven the cars produced by Xpeng… they are by far better than Nio.

$C3.ai, Inc.(AI)$  has experienced a six consecutive weeks down move, exceeding its two standard deviations price run. $Pinduoduo Inc.(PDD)$  on the hand has a four consecutive weeks down move, exceeding its one standard deviation price run. Standard deviation (SD) is a statistical measure that indicates how much a stock's price typically deviates from its average price. A price movement exceeding two SD suggests a more significant deviation than usual, potentially signaling a trend change or overbought/oversold territory.

$XPeng Inc.(XPEV)$ Strong support near $7. This was the range ($750-760) BABA was selling weeks ago IMHFO. Once the selling stops, it will trend up over $8 just like earlier this week. If one was to “buy the dip”, then here’s your chance!keep dreaming about it 😂

$JPMorgan Chase(JPM)$ I find the cautions JPM made on all their recent communications well grounded, and given how much the stock price had run in recent months, the big dip is well grounded. The $ is too strong, the US economy's foundation finances are weak to say the least, and the recent upswing in interest rates are likely to affect JPM both in the USA, and over the longer haul, outside as well.Something to be borne in mind, many US multi-nationals are facing softer demand for their goods and services outside, not entirely related to the extreme $ strength. I fear this will affect JPM's CIB business in the coming months, and the final destination of this downtrend is not clear at all, at least to me.It seems to be prud

The 1st book which inspired me in investing is 'One Up on Wall Street' by Peter Lynch.
