Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) has won a contract from a repeat customer, Klaveness Combination Carriers, to build three 83,300 dwt so-called combination carriers for delivery in 2026.
Alliance Healthcare, led by executive chairman Dr Barry Thng Lip Mong, will set up a clinic within MBS' premises. According to MBS, it employs more than 10,000 full-time employees. Besides the usual outpatient services, Alliance Healthcare will also provide teleconsultation, health screening and vaccination services and also mental wellness assistance to employees of MBS.
Metis Energy says that one of its independent directors, Henry Wong Chuen Yuen, has resigned on June 24, for "personal reasons". According to a separate statement by the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau on June 23, Wong was charged on the same day for corruption.
