据外媒报道，微软希望借助T-Mobile US(TMUS.O)等合作伙伴的5G设备，为一些客户远程提供比地区数据中心更好的数据处理能力。据悉，微软已在全球建立了一个由60多个数据中心区域组成的庞大网络，该服务可以让客户在位于客户公司所在地的微软数据设备上处理数据或执行某些任务。微软负责战略任务和技术的执行副总裁Jason Zander表示:“5G是令人惊叹的技术。”
