Stocks to Watch Monday: BlackRock, Boeing, Trump Media -- WSJ

BlackRock $(BLK)$: The world's largest asset manager agreed to buy Preqin, a U.K.-based data provider that focuses on private markets, in a $3.2-billion deal.

Boeing $(BA)$, Spirit AeroSystems $(SPR)$: The jetmaker said it will acquire Spirit AeroSystems, a fuselage manufacturer, in an all-stock transaction. Executives said they expect the move will improve Boeing's safety. Spirit AeroSystems shares jumped 5% ahead of the opening bell.

Trump Media & Technology $(DJT)$: The stock rose premarket, recouping some losses after dropping nearly 11% Friday. The stock has swung since the debate between President Joe Biden and former president Donald Trump.

Anglo American (UK: AAL): The miner's shares fell in London trading after it halted production at a coal mine in Australia due to a fire.

Nvidia $(NVDA)$: The chip maker's stock edged up premarket. The shares declined 2.4% last week, weighing on broader indexes.
