Tesla is slashing the prices of its Model Y electric vehicle in China for a limited time as it races with local EV makers to meet year-end sales goals, Yicai Global reported Monday.
The US electric car giant trimmed prices by 10,000 yuan to 239,000 yuan per unit until Dec. 31, the report said.
Tesla is also offering interest-free financing for the car, according to the report.
