Kinetic Development Group Ltd is a company principally engaged in the whole coal industry chain, covering coal production, washing, loading, transportation and trading business. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, operates its businesses through two segments. Coal Mining segment is mainly engaged in mining and sales of coal products. Other segment is mainly involved in properties and tobacco operations. The tobacco business mainly consists of cigarettes and handmade cigar products. The Company is also engaged in transportation business and agriculture and animal husbandry, including planting, feed processing, breeding, slaughtering, food processing, cold distribution and terminal sales. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market and overseas markets.
