Kinetic Development Group Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in coal production, washing, loading, transportation and trading. The Company operates its businesses through two segments. The Coal Mining segment is mainly engaged in mining and sales of coal products. The Other segment is mainly engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry, real estate investment, cigar and tobacco business. The agriculture and animal husbandry business mainly include agricultural product planting and livestock breeding. The real estate investment business mainly include office buildings, retail stores, underground parking facilities, villas, residential apartments and other projects. The cigar and tobacco business mainly include production, operation and sales of cigars and tobacco. The Company mainly operates its businesses in the domestic market.
