XD Inc is an investment holding company principally engaged in the development, operation, publishing and distribution of mobile and Website games and provision of information services. The Company operates its businesses through two business segments. The Game segment is primarily engaged in the provision of game publishing and operating services on its own and via other distribution channels. The TapTap Platform segment is primarily engaged in the provision of online marketing services to game developers, game publishers or their agents through the Group’s self-developed game community and platform. The Company conducts its businesses within domestic and overseas markets.
