1) You can buy a loaf of bread for 2.50 and a drink at NTUC for 2.50 and eat for the whole day only cost you 5 dollars.
2) 2 meals ( brunch and dinner) at mcd for saver meal at 5sgd each. Totall 10sgd.
3) walking around at Chinatown for free meals (porridge) by visiting the temples such as 佛牙寺 Budha tooth relic temple, Indian temple , etc. If you want to pay , you can also have a good value set ( 2 vege 1 rice for sgd3) at 佛牙寺龍華院蓮芯膳坊. lunch and dinner for sgd6 (from 7am-5pm)
4)You can also have cheaper meals for mixed vege rice at 2.50-3sgd at the hawker place. 2.50sgd chicken rice at kopitiam or small shop near mrt also have.
5) Visiting a nearby public library will be a good choice to have a rest with air conditioning and reading books.
I had survived like that before. Those are my experiences. How you use 10dollars depends on yourself.
