ASX Coal Stocks Rebounded & Continues Winning Streak:Breaking📰(19/7)-Coronado Global Resources is a BUY for me $Coronado Global(CRN.AU)$

🗞SUMMARY: ASX Coal stocks rebounded suddenly on 14/7 (Thu) on news that China 🇨🇳 may reverse the unofficial ban on Australian 🇦🇺 coal imports in August or September. Analysts in China reported that the mounting cost of coal imported from other countries is hurting both steelmakers & the energy sector.

🔎PURPOSE: According to Bloomberg, Chinese bureaucrats are considering a recommendation to end the 2-year ban on Aus coal to avoid a repeat of last year’s power disruption.

👏BENEFITS: Lifting the ban will benefit both 🇦🇺 & 🇨🇳, but will benefit China more as coal exports to China fell by 6 billion, but Aus’s exports to the rest of the world grew by 9.5 billion in annualised terms. Lifting the ban would in turn drive up ASX coal stock prices due to increased earnings 💵💵💵🤩🥳

⚠️RISKS: Short-term risk is that a sudden plunge in ASX coal stock prices may occur if upcoming news is for 🇨🇳 to continue ban.

💭CONSIDERATIONS: Possible recession-risk may drive all stocks lower but ASX coal stocks may not be hugely impacted given the ongoing unresolved energy crisis.

My Thoughts 🤔💭: We have likely missed the bottom during the June-July sell-off (see photo) but it’s still a good time to enter the coal market to take a small position now knowing that we have increased confidence & certainty that the ASX coal stocks are in recovery phase (see photo). Am 🥰content🥰 that I still managed to get a bargain for $Coronado Global(CRN.AU)$despite every other coal stock being in green & I'm starting to make a profit already 🤗🥳
