To The Moon

Today going to share these 3 stocks that i feel good buying it although uncertain of the future. Each have a reason why i bought it. 

$MAXI-CASH CORP(5UF.SI)$ buyback today due to lower stocks price while it's net income is increasing, If crisis really come, manypeople needs pawn shop, so this company will survive. 

$Prime US ReitUSD(OXMU.SI)$ reached a new 52 weeks low usd 0.37 so i add to DCA, previous buy was 0.48. Next buy 0.27-0.28 to capture the bottom. The lowest I bought dividend yield is higher. This is US office property so u can guess why it dip alot, will see how the income and dividend 2023.

$Global X S&P 500 Covered Call ETF(XYLD)$ dividend monthly, so far quite consistent, will add if dip again. Current DY 8% after deduction of US tax.

I have many kind of stocks to diversify, my target is the highest dividend return while preserving my paid capital so I don't care paperloss at the moment. 

In the meantime i keep a look out on blue chip to add in the dip. So bluechips for stability while dividend maybe lower, 4-5% i don't mind 😊

Target Dividend average 8%
