Continue bargain stocks

If you like SG REITS, try check $AIMS APAC REIT(O5RU.SI)$ $SPH REIT(SK6U.SI)$ $KEPPEL REIT(K71U.SI)$ $SASSEUR REIT(CRPU.SI)$ today they are green, so when it dip you can check n research, do not buy big qty, suggest buy in tranches so that you can have better average price at the end. I like to add when it dip, with market downturn, we have more chance to go red after buy but i did not loose heart, so far i love these 4 and they did not disappoint me.

today queue in some companies that I love n red, $SINGTEL 10(Z77.SI)$ and golden Agri hope can get their cheaper price.

Take care my friends, so many bad news due to recession in US, however i feel ppl will still trade, just like during covid, starting off price dip badly, after that to the moon. Last year we have been beaten down hope this year market can be better, i see it was better from 3-5 January 2023, earlier post i shared planning for 20 years old, 30 yo and 40 yo, i forgotten to add for 50 yo, 60 yo, beyond.

for 50 yr old have to contribute more for retirement. my opinion : i like property but hugecapital, so i buy REITS i will still have Income from the dividends. i know interest rate goup, but i feel the more people will need rental properties because less affordability to own it. For offices usually rent, they don't buy. So i still holding my office reits in US property Even though the stocks dip alot. Of course do not put all saving in reits/stocks, invest carefully.

for 60 yr old cut down expenses. If i reach 60 i need to be mindful of my diet, may not be able to eat as much as younger age, goodtime to slow down n cut expenses, enjoy nature more, like morning/evening walk are free, spend more time with love one while still receiving passive income. (My dream 😍)

Beyond : time to enjoy the fruits of your labour

Stay strong my friends! invest wisely [Heart]

Buying REITs in a raising rates environment might be a concern. REITs borrow to invest. raising rates=raising borrowing cost means lower earnings and dividend. This leads to lower REITs price. Of course not two REITs are the same. It depends on sector, borrowing servicing due date and ability to pass on to tenants increased expenses in raising electricity fee environment. The question then is the risk of buying a REIT is worth over a safe government bond in this raising rate environment. Time of crisis calls for flexibility in investment, especially since I feel from your writing style that you seem to have a long investment runway...

I will see how the dividend yield going forward, so if REITS did not give a good average, i will shift allocation to other business, yes i intend to hold for long term to get the highest passive income forever, for stability i added bluechip, for growth i buy the cheaper growth stocks in US market. If you know good dividend stocks pls share too. Noted the high interest concern, will monitor the income perfomance 🙏

I don't feel like it's a good time to buy REITs during US recession.
