In September 2022, Tiger Brokers was recognised in Singapore’s Best Customer Service 2022/23 survey by The Straits Times and research firm Statista for providing the best customer service in the trading and brokerage services sub-category, under Real Estate and Banking.
About the Best Customer Service Award
The Straits Times has partnered the world's leading data and business intelligence portal Statista to identify Singapore’s best customer service retailers and service providers from among 1,600 brands across 93 categories. These organisations provide customer experience in traditional retail, online and service segments. The results are based on more than 44,000 evaluations from over 4,700 customers in Singapore.
Award Eligibility
The rankings of Singapore's Best Customer Service 2022/23 were identified from the results of an independent and anonymous online survey with a sample of more than 4,700 customers in Singapore who have either made purchases, used services, or gathered information about products or services in the past three years. Customers evaluated several brands: In total, more than 44,000 evaluations were collected.
In addition to the online access panels, customers in Singapore were also invited via The Straits Times' website to participate during the field phase, and almost 1,000 have completed the online survey.
The final assessment and rankings were based on a respondent’s likelihood of recommendation (50% of the final score), implying the willingness of the customer to recommend a company, and five evaluation criteria (another 50% of the final score):

In the first quarter of 2022 alone, the company upgraded dozens of features and added new functions.The new 8.0 mobile app harnesses a plethora of channels to help users beef up their knowledge. As an example, we have enhanced the community features in version 8.0. Our users are now able to connect with other traders. This allows them to share insights and learn from one another.
During the third quarter of 2022, we launched our Tiger Think Tank campaign in which we collected feedback from over 1,000 customers and addressed 80% of their suggestions. Every user's feedback is valuable to us.
