It will likely be a choppy trading week with bargain hunters doing bottom fishing and optimistic traders riding on positive sentiments that arise from the Middle East peace deal ,sliding crude oil prices , rising gold prices and crypto gold stable coins  riding the uptrends . NTT DC REIT debut day saw the REIT rose to a high of 3% and closed flat on day 1 of trading. This could mean that investors who are keen in it had already  got what they wanted. In the days ahead, more interest may be generated as the news of the debut catches attention.  Getting in at USD$1 is good for retail investors who did not participate in the earlier IPO  I expect the REIT to gain significant interest and demand as the AI enthusiasm continues to drive demand for Data Centres . A look at current NVIDIA and other prominent AI stock share prices serve to show the interest and demand for them remains strong. I expect NTT DC REIT to rise at least 5 to 8 percent in the weeks ahead.

$Meiragtx Holdings Plc(MGTX)$   MGTX has great potential with its breakthrough technologies in Gene Therapies, especially for treatment of Inherited Retina Diseases (IRD). Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) has shown great interest in Gene therapies with its relatively recent set up of department of IRD within SNEC itself. The latest UK regulatory approval of one of MGTX solutions is yet another indication of MGTX great potential for upside in its price. No wonder that current postmarket price hits $6.75 #MGTX

I expect 50 basis points increase in  interest rates by the Fed .  Despite Democrats Senators requesting for 75 while others expect at least 25 basis points.

S-REITs dividends are more attractive when banks cuttheir rates later when the US Fed cuts interest rates as expected later this month. I will put my money into S REITs rather than FD, government bonds or treasury bills. I willbuy S REITs on the dip now!

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$   $200 is not a good buy yet. It will ease further while major crypto currencies fall. Better to buy at   $188 to $198 and ride a potential upside of 15 or more% come September rate cut.

Sleep on my back as a regular investor of more than 5 years. Stop loss when it is triggered and take profits when target price is reached. No loss of sleep lah!

I think Pfizer stock is a good buy as it should rise in tandem with BioNTech in the long run as their Pfizer BioNTech covid vaccine gets more recognised globally.
