Beijing Gas Blue Sky Holdings Ltd, formerly Blue Sky Power Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company principally engaged in trading and distribution of natural gas. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Trading and Distribution of Natural Gas segment engages in distributing and trading compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG) fuel oil and other related oil by-products. The Natural Gas Refuelling Station segment engages in the operation of CNG and LNG refuelling stations. The City Gas, Pipeline Construction Fee, Value-added Service and Others segment engages in the sales of natural gas, the provision of repair and maintenance services, pipeline construction services.
