Semiconductor stocks reaching overbought region!!
The relative strength index (RSI) is a popular momentum oscillator that provides technical traders with signals about bullish and bearish price momentum. A stock is usually considered overbought when the RSI is above 70 and oversold when it is below 30. It may be a good indicator to time your buying/selling price.
Most of the semiconductor stocks are going near RSI 70 region, which is an indication of the stocks being overbought. The AI bubble is slowly forming and I believe most AI-related stocks are way overvalued. With escalating tensions between US and China, it is likely to affect the semiconductor industries and export bans may lead to further downside for most semiconductor companies.
One should ask yourself if the current valuation is fair instead of having "fear of missing out". I'll probably wait for the next pull-back before entering again. What about you?? Let me know your thoughts!!

Another counter will $Sea Ltd(SE)$which I am optimistic with its short term movement. As shown in the chart below, the share price recently forms a short term double bottom pattern, followed by a higher low after retested the breakout support. The next target price will be around 54 dollars, which will close the gap down in mid August. It wi be a 21% upside.
