What is a good "Ratio"

  • What is a good P/E ratio? Typically, the average P/E ratio is around 20 to 25. Anything below that would be considered a good price-to-earnings ratio, whereas anything above that would be a worse P/E ratio.

  • What is a good forward PE ratio? An excellent forward PE ratio is between 10-25 for major stocks since stocks with a forward PE below 10 can often be a value trap.

  • What Is Considered to Be a Good PEG Ratio? In general, a good PEG ratio has a value lower than 1.0. PEG ratios greater than 1.0 are generally considered unfavorable, suggesting a stock is overvalued. Meanwhile, PEG ratios lower than 1.0 are considered better, indicating a stock is relatively undervalued.

    perhaps... overvalued... yet maybe undervalued... depending on how these big companies are preforming...

    hard to say especially if the election coming and may affect these stocks to a certain degree...

    overvalued and undervalued is kind of up and down of the business. I truly believe if the business is good , had good potential can be hold for long investment! [Miser] [Miser] [Miser]

    Too overvalued especially $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$. $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ might crash soon on any hot bad news. Among all $Apple(AAPL)$ and $Microsoft(MSFT)$ is most safe and stable in my opinion. Not sure when $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ can catch up. Thank you @Tiger_chat for the coins!

    PE is a crude instrument n does not accurately depict if a stock is expensive as it doesn’t consider the growth rates. A company with low PE & low growth may be a poorer buy than another with high PE & high growth. Also hv to consider the industry benchmark in PE & PEG. In this case, i like googl

    Most of the mag 7 are fairly valued or slightly overvalued. I would hold, rather than buy more at current prices. But if there is a pullback, I will consider adding more shares. The mag 7 are the top stocks for a reason. They have wide Moat and serious competitive advantage. Oh wait, all except $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ though. I don't really like Tesla. I think the EV space is too competitive n Tesla doesn't seem to have a clear advantage over the others. Maybe in the US n Europe but they are struggling in China. Having to cut price is a clear sign. Non of the other mag 6 need to compete with price cuts.
