Analysts Rate Grab A Strong Buy Saying Its Undervalued

🌟🌟🌟Analysts' current consensus says that $Grab Holdings(GRAB)$  is a Strong Buy with a Target Price of USD 4.65, an upside potential of 24%.  Grab is up 4.6% today and in the past 5 days, it is up 7.5%.  Grab has risen 6.2% year todate and in 2023 Grab is up 20%.

Grab is a leading super app in South East Asia, providing every day services such as mobility, deliveries and digital financial services to millions of people in South East Asia.

In Q4 2023 Grab's revenue grew 30% year over year to USD 653 million.  Q4 2023 profit was positive at USD 11 million.  Q4 2023 Adjusted EBITDA improved by USD 146 million year over year to USD 35 million.  Grab's management has even authorised the repurchase of up to USD 500 million of its shares.

Grab broke even in the 2nd quarter of 2023 and has continued to make profit progress since then. Its Q423 revenue of 30% to USD 653 billion led to a record breaking profit of USD 11 million.   This is in contrast to a net loss of USD 391 million in the prior year. 

Grab has invested USD 250 million in AI since 2019 and it is making a big difference from content creation, driver management, language translation to predictive product and service suggestions. 

According to Group CEO and Co Founder, Anthony Tan - 2023 was  a pivotal year for Grab.  As Grab  continues to execute its strategies for 2024, there will be continued improvements in Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted Free Cash flow.  Adjusted Free Cash Flow was USD 1 million in Q4 23. 

Ride hailing and delivery market in the ASEAN region is expected to grow at an annualised pace of 7.4% through 2029.  The region's restaurant delivery market is likely to grow by an average of 10.5% per year through 2029 too. 

20 out of 25 Wall Street Analysts are Bullish on Grab, rating it as a Strong Buy.  I believe that Grab has lots of exponential growth ahead and it is time to grab the opportunity to invest in this exciting stock while it is undervalued.
