ESR-REIT should try to think of strategies to make your business become lucrative. To issue rights at 30.5 cents which your current price is only at 27 cents or 28 cents.

Rise up and be a better company. I want to sell ALL the shares at 32 cents!

I am able to sell at 0.54 cents... bought for few years ago... and had not been able to rise...
