1.Interesting trend...

More and more companies conducting IPOs in America are foreign… if you take that to the extreme, over time you would expect a greater proportion of US listed companies to actually be global/non-US companies.

The consensus is global is cheap vs US expensive, only one thing to do there if you want to max proceeds or min cost of capital

Kind of muddies the US vs global stocks allocation debate! 😅 🤔
