I definitely see the appeal of $POP MART(09992)$ and the whole blind box craze—there’s something exciting about the surprise element, and the designs are undeniably cute. Molly and Labubu have already built a strong fanbase, and with the way Gen Z embraces collectibles as a form of self-expression, I wouldn’t be surprised if they become even bigger.

That said, I’m not sure if I’d fully jump on the blind box bandwagon myself. The thrill of collecting is fun, but I also prefer knowing exactly what I’m getting. Still, I can see why people love it, especially with the community and cultural hype around it.

As for gifting, I think it depends on the person. If they’re a collector or into designer toys, a rare Pop Mart figure could be a great gift. But for something more traditional, Moutai $Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd.(600519)$ still holds a certain prestige.

Maybe the ultimate flex is gifting both—a big Labubu and a bottle of Moutai!
