It is a new year. So lets do something new  for a change.

Welcome to a new spinoff company

  • $General Electric Co(GE)$ will be spining off 2 companies from within
  • First off would be its Healtcare arm$GE HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGIES INC(GEHCV)$
  • GEHCV is the interim ticker. Final ticker will be  GEHC.
  • Anticipated the announcement will on 2023 first trading day - 03 Jan 2023.
  • On 04 Jan, the new GEHC  will be added to S&P 500 Index
  • Displacing Vornado Realty Trust (VNO)

  • Despite in-coming orders came in flat for Q3 2022, revenue increased +6%  compared to Q3 2021 and +3%  compared to first 9 months of 2021.

      Will wait for Q4 2022 earnings. All companies are releasing their Q4 since last Dec with Nike.  GEHC earnings will still be under GE for Q4. Do watch out okie...
