In fact, now in its 4th four year, Tiger Broker also bagged an award for integration with Wise for Financial Technology under the Financial Service award in SBR Technology Excellence Award 2022. My experience with Tiger Brokers' customer service has been pleasant. I remembered when I have queries on options trading, and managed to get through the busy telephone lines, I was met with good customer service officer who was able to explain with different cases of closing options to answer my queries. The competency level had left a deep impression in me on service level knowledge.
In this internet era, many enterprises have to transform in using digital channels to meet customers' needs for fast and effective communications. Tiger Brokers is one organisation to make use of chat-bot for connecting with customers besides the usually busy telephone lines, which is more likely to be engaged during the peak-times of the day. Though queuing is also expected, I can at least know my queue number and to decide if to continue or drop the chat for another time. I also find the chat-bot more useful in communicating error-related issues, whereby you can send in relevant links and images for clarifications.
To summarise, I hope that Tiger Brokers will not rest in its laurels and continue its journey to ride the digital disruption wave with technological innovations that have successfully transformed customer-service models, from merely adapting to the changing needs to going beyond expectations.
