Sherman Tuan sold 5,000 shares around $865 in Feb., so that’s a little more, and Russell 2000 funds sold shares above $1,000…Sherman Tuan has been on the board of directors for 17 years and also voted for this 1.75 billion dollar capital raise the 2 million shares brings in.So the % of dilution is past 6.5%folks and the company thinks SMCI is overvalued between $865-935. And  it may be lower...The good news is they have cash, but they are “spending” this cash with profit margins on anything sold in the future still at 7.92%. I don’t think how any of you who post here daily; think, Super Micro is a good value?At a 1:1 market cap to gross sales, it’s a good value, and that’s back down at $300 per share.I personally think $530-590 will be the extent of any pullback coming…”if” next quarter is blowout again, and profit margin rises.

$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ Just hang in there.I think so .  Whales have a $800 strike price put for March 22.  Would guess there will be some pops premarket and early session all this week as the shorts smell blood.  I'm not in a good position today, but have been here several times before w/SMCI. Plan on hanging on until it goes up again, which it will.
