No one is taking over this company. Fact is its a rediculous multiple for this market. They have cash and will continue to buy back shares and manipulate the price. I bet they buy twice the puts for each share they buy. One thing I havent dug into because its not worth the time, is if its true that their expansion into other countries is in fact a seperate subsidery and not benefitting shareholderrs. I read somewhere its seperate and was just the additional red flag to me that I needed to dump back at $7. Fact is this is just a maniuplated stock that wont see any real growth aside from pump and dumps.
