@DAMIEN:$Trump Media & Technology(DJT)$  i am one of the few believers that bought this stock before election & betting on him and his victory. I predicted that this will rocket and dip back down to its fair value. Im still surprised by the amount of retail traders bag holding this stock.  A piece of advice for people wanting to ride the trump trade. This stock should not be in your radar anymore. Look at his policies and companies (with value) to get into. An example is TSLA.  Now im not saying this stock wouldnt explode upwards, not that betting season is over. Look for stocks with fundamentals related to trump.  Good luck.

@Samlunch:$Apple(AAPL)$   People are making a big deal out of the news that Warren Buffett recently sold 50% of his apple ($AAPL) shares. When a great investor sells a stock, is it an indication to sell as well? Is it a sign of a top? Maybe not. Buffett sold his entire Mcdonalds (MCD) stock in 1998. Since then, MCD has increased +1,413%, outperforming Berkshire Hathaways returns. Buffett sold his entire Costco (COST) stake in June 2020. Since then, COST has gained +190%, outperforming Berkshire as well. Buffett also sold all his stakes in airline stocks like Delta Airlines (DAL) in March 2020. Since then, DAL is up +82% as well Lesson? I pay no attention to what other investors are doing, no matter how great they are.

@koolgal:I opened $Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund(XLF)$  ,XLF is the powerhouse of the US economy as its top 10 holdings include Berkshire Hathaway, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank and many more. XLF also pays a quarterly dividend. The current dividend yield is 1.49%. Wall Street Analysts are bullish on XLF with a Buy rating, Average Target price of USD 47.19 according to Tipranks. That is an upside potential of 12%. XLF is a great ETF to buy and hold long term as it represents the best and strongest US financial institutions.

@Asphen:So, folks, what we think we know and what we expect, is well documented.  - possible recession - almost confirmed rate cuts (FED 3x vs market 6x) - possible deflation - black swan event But this year 2023, I've been basing my approach on  a) Technicals b) Fundamentals c) Macroeconomics And despite we are all expecting some form of "crash" in 2024, the look so far however, still points to a good 2024.  5200 is a 10% gain from current levels on S&P500.  Consistent with typical gain for the index.  What are your thoughts? @CaptainTiger  @macroB  @melson
