Today i was logging in to tiger brokers as usual, completing the task in order to claim my free tiger coins. Just yesterday i had over 10k tiger coins and was saving up to reach the 12k mark for my 100dollars stock voucher. Infact i was quite excited and looking forward to it, because i thought it was only a matter of time before i can finally reach that milestone. However, to my shock i clicked on the page to find only 9k+ tiger coins left in my account. Upon digging through the rules on tiger coins, i found out that it expires after 2 years. However, this is wierd because i only created this account less than a year ago. I am wondering if such an incident has occured to anyone else, and if so, is there an explaination for this?
