Current it would be my decision to keep holding on Chinese ADRs such as $Alibaba(BABA)$ . I bought it last year when it was at a low point, i thought so. And it went tumbling downwards due to the authorities crackdown on Chinese BigTech firms. I thought of selling it, but in the end keep holding on it since what's worse than holding onto it, right? Luckily never sell, or else lose even more than now as the stock recover after a vote of confidence in the chinese authority. Returns is still negative. But could have been worse off if I decided to give up totally in Chinese ADR. One lesson I gain is to trust the stocks I buy, especially those established Big companies. If i were to have lunch with Warren Buffet, i will attempt to make it simple and have an enjoyable meal with him. Definitely there will be some questions to keep the talk flowing, making it a two-way conversation with him.I would like us to share what is that one investment we worked hard for it but didnt turn out as what we would have expected, for both investing and in our personal life. Have Chinese stocks already bottomed? Why, or why not?  I feel that Chinese stocks have already bottomed. From what the Chinese Authorities have mentioned, they vow to ensure stability in capital markets, support overseas stock listings, resolve risks around property developers and complete the crackdown on Big Tech asap. That was the strongest conviction. It could be a short squeeze created by buyers, but the chinese government faced pressure to bolster their economy. Internal factors like yet-to-complete crackdown on BigTech Chinese Companies and DiDi's brush with authority. External factors such as China's stance in Russia-Ukraine conflict also may signify the potential short-live of a revival. However, all negative matters were to resolve, only subject to matter of time.&nb

Today willbe looking at $Joby Aviation, Inc.(JOBY)$. They will be announcing their earnings report tomorrow on 11th August.New tech is part of my pick. Joby's business is growing through existing air technology, they could get a growth boost from small, electric vertical take off and landing, or eVTOL, aircraft which are being developed by many companies. eVTOL are quieter and easier to operate than helicopters, it is an industry where many have yet to take notice of. That could expand Joby's sable market.In a way, Joby is a little like the Uber of the skies. Meme stocks are well known for its violatile. You can make, or lose, money from it. $AMC Entertainment(AMC)$and $GameStop(GME)$are the two most popular meme stocks amongst the rest. So, many will be paying more attention to both of these.They constantly source for new ideas to target investors to stay with them or attract new investors, mostly younger generations. Buffet replied that question when Bezos asked him. His answer was, no one wants to get rich slowly. Many of Buffet's investment do not show results instantly. He does not sell whenever he sees a profit. Instead, he keeps holding it for a very long time. Some investments allow him to gain dividends, while others takes a long time. One thing for sure, his patience and intelligence is difference from other world's richest. He does not create products nor sell them, he invest in opportunities of businesses and grow with them. 

Think one of the first things Elon Musk will do will be looking for the person who bans or suspend accounts. Maybe he is one of the victims and wants to find out who approve the suspension of his account. [LOL] He would then revise the rules and regulation on free speech and account suspension.He will also be looking to improve the revenue generated by Twitter. Comparing to its peer, Twitter aren't doing enough to generate revenue and profits, something which a clever and shrewd businessman knows how to do. With Elon on board, I expect Twitter to announce better financial figures. 

Personally feels that $GENTING SINGAPORE LIMITED(G13.SI)$could be one to watch out for in the near future. With their main attraction in Resorts World Sentosa, many changes are in the pipeline.Resorts World have taken over the 3 cruises previously owned by Genting. With more profits for themselves, I am looking forward to better earnings report in next year. Also on-going is their RWS 2.0, an upgrade from their current attractions. How will Twitter close on 22/07 Friday?Everyone's closely anticipated earnings of $Twitter(TWTR)$will be announce soon. Updatesof the lawsuit betweeen Twitter and Musk will be reveal over  there. Their conflict has brought tremendous attention for Twitter and I expect the attention will bring there increased users and advertising, resulting in better revenue generated. Pelosi's visit will definitely have ripple effects. Probably US would like to see what reaction the Chinese will do except for verbal talks. Drills around Taiwan does not mean anything, its just an showcast of military which everyone knows.Probably talks of delisting Chinese ADRs will resurface or banning of certain products into China from US. As previous earnings report cards, some companies post very good results but yet their share price still goes down. This earnings report season, I will be looking at such companies and buying in, especially those that makes so sense in dropping of prices and hoping to snatch a discounted price at established and fundamental strong companies.
