@Mrzorro:Alibaba is a top choice now? Mark and target this! [Miser] Benchmark analyst Fawne Jiang reiterated Buy on $Alibaba(BABA)$ with a $180 price target. Jiang views BABA stock as a top pick for a big-cap China value play in 2023. Fundamentally, while retail and e-commerce growth remained muted in the December quarter, Jiang anticipates the industry's fundamental inflection point to kick in by the June quarter (F1Q24) with a reaccelerated growth outlook in FY24. Retail and e-commerce growth faced mounting pressure in the December quarter, initially compromised by pronounced logistic disruptions due to growing coverage of lockdowns and then undermined by a shortage of delivery capacity when staff was copin
@WendyDelia:$Occidental(OXY)$ was one of the largest gainers in the S&P this year….among a large crowd of losers. You have to expect people to make sales of the losers (many of which are still falling as uncertain economic times approach.). If selling the losers generated a capital loss > $3,000 , it natural that some winners also get sold to keep the level of the capital loss “deductible”. It will be hard to get a read on Oxy’s true direction until early January. And then, any help form Russia, OPEC, or Warren Buffet will be magnified.
@HarryCox:$Carnival(CCL)$ sry to be the bear of bad news but: nobody is coming back to bars restos or cruiselines like we all thought after covid. it appears to be a truely social change on where people have embraced their hermit/introverted side. they seem content with social media interaction over live events. i'm not a fan but i see it in the service biz.
@WayneEvans:$Bed Bath & Beyond(BBBY)$ Greg has claimed to have gone to many stores and talked with managers who tell him they have not had trouble getting stock, among many other false bits of information.Save the miles on your jalopy. You don't need to go to stores.Go the the website and just click on the national brand products. If they are in stock, they will tell you that you can pick it up at a certain store. But if not, here is how to tell: Example Dyson vacuums. If you click on a Dyson item, the page will tell you it is "Out of Stock", however you can still have it delivered. Why? Because suppliers have turned to collecting the payment and using outside fulfillment to ship direct to the customer, paying a small commission to BBBY.The big suppliers
@Shop:In the last decade or so, I have often picked up life lessons and drawn inspiration from football players and their coaches. I am inspired by Sir Alex Ferguson, one of the greatest managers of all times and a legend at Old Trafford, who lived a life where he proved to his detractors that the fight does not end when you lose, it only ends when you give up. Through his struggles and successes, Sir Alex Ferguson taught me one of life's most valuable lessons - on reinventing oneself, evolving with time, taking the hard decisions and believing in them with conviction. While in the beginning I associated with football as a sport, today it is not just a game; it is a valuable chapter in my book of life. @TigerEvents
//@robot1234:Elon Musk’s Friday emails to Twitter engineers asking them to come to the office. The mixed messages from Twitter leadership to employees continue as Musk tells engineers to report to headquarters, hours after the company told employees the offices would be closed until Monday. Musk wants engineers to help him “better understand the Twitter tech stack.” The mixed messages on returning to the office come after a wave of Twitter employees resigned on Thursday. After the initial call for engineers to come into the office, he also sent a follow-up encouraging people to fly to San Francisco to present in person. He said, in one of his emails, he would be working late into the night at the company’s headquarters office Friday an
Ha//@koolgal:In a Bear Market, I take comfort that my favourite bank stock, DBS is holding up well. DBS is like a Shiny Star in a sea of reds. It is not only the biggest and strongest bank in Singapore, it is the safest in Asia too. DBS is also a winner of numerous awards too including the World's Best Bank for a 5th year running. Being a Singaporean, I am proud to buy andhold DBS for the long term and at the same time, it pays me dividends every 3 months. How good is that! 🚀🚀🚀🌛🌛🌛💰💰💰🌈🌈🌈 @TigerEvents@MillionaireTiger
