This is the eighth time in ten years that Singapore topped the list.  The biannual survey, conducted between 16 Augus and 16 September this year, compared more than 400 individual prices of more than 200 products andservices in 172 cities. @HLPA:$Micron Technology(MU)$Memory chip maker, MU,  has been staying above 50 for quite some time now. The support at 50 is very strong. MU is one of the better plays in the chip sector. It is a strong growth stock with a market capitalisation of 61.06 billion. It hit 56.16 at the close today, up 5.01%. Micron has started to ship its latest DRAM chip to smart phone manufacturere for testing. This chip uses MU's latest cutting edge technology known as 1-beta. This is great for the stock.
