Quotes & Portfolio sections: Overall is functional but I like to suggest improvement like...---Portfolio---Currently, data accessable under multiple tabbings like Stock, Futures, Fund, etc. Would like to see on the Portfolio home page a summary of ALL my assests (stocks, futures, funds, cash, Cash Plus/Tiger Vault, etc). So on 1 page can see all my acc assests. Need to tab only if I want to go into specific assest details. ---Quotes---In the Discover; Opportunity tab, pls add ability to screen/filter for ETFs. Seems like, say, Tiger Lab's strategies, only individual company stock r included. Pls include ETFs as well.---Misc observation ---Functionalities should be available for both mobile app & desktop app. I, for one, prefer to use desktop app: bigger screen real estate, eas
$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$order entry capability should be top priority for a *trading* platform bcos this is where trades r initiated. There is much room for improvement like:* Conditional order where order is triggered/submitted when conditions r satisfied. Examples of conditions : candle stick pattern; time window; chart study (eg cross mov avg), etc.* Trailing stop-limit order for entry & exit* Bracket orders for open position. Funds should not be tied up for exit order on position. Make take profit scale-out orders easy to submit.Many more..... Use the power of computer to execute trades!
I'm satisfied with the Deposit & Withdrawal functions. What I think require work is the Account info provided in the Account tab in phone app vs PC app. I think most people only use either phone or PC app, but no both, & u won't know the disturbing problem. There r different type of info shown between them, & value r different. For example, see table:PC app. Phone app.1. Total value of securities total assets 2. Show Cash Balance. No cash balanceJust to show 2 example items. For row 1, the numeric values r different in the 2 apps. If u r reading this, I suggest u check it out y
Imo, there is a very important feature that is currently not available in Tiger app: Getting help on Tiger app usage/feature. Pls include a Help Forum where clients can ask questions about Tiger app. Other clients can reply to the question, but the Forum should be actively monitor by Tiger staffs to provide the correct answers. Over time, this Help Forum would build up a database of *searchable* topics/questions. This would enable Tiger help staff be more productive. This Forum could be located in the Community tab, or otherwise.
