Mullen need more order and preorder to start their fast or mass production which can lower down their unnecessary Expense and being save not to be in deep debt , when the money come in they can start to do many other thing  2. Just think about who the hell as a business owner will produce mass product before ordercome in ?  3. So what if over promises and under delivery? I believe they will overcome it after awhile which and to be Frank which retail business don't start up
