$SK hynix(SKHY)$ BofA raised its price target on SK Hynix to $268 from $250 and kept a Buy rating. They did trim the Q3 operating profit estimate by 7%, but the higher ADR price target reflects the move in the already-appreciated South Korean won against the U.S. dollar.

$SpaceX(SPCX)$  It is genuinely funny to see shorts repeatedly leaning on Scott Galloway as support for the short thesis. Galloway himself would probably be the first to point out that he is a DNC activist, and he may be one of the most emotionally driven investors out there. Before the last election, he publicly said he had placed a $380,000 bet on KH to win. This actually gets to the heart of it. The shorts here are not really running a short thesis. They seem stuck in an echo chamber, spending all day resenting the wealthy, the successful, and the forward-looking. They need to wake up, get a life, and bet on the future.

$SpaceX(SPCX)$ Selling this makes no sense when revenue in 2033 is projected at 3.5 trillion.

$SpaceX(SPCX)$ There always seems to be some selloff right before an unlock, and then the pattern tends to play out from there. Other catalysts to keep in mind: Grokbot 4.7 comes out on the 12th. On the 15th, Starship launches and is expected to go to orbit and deploy the new Starlink V3 satellites.

I'll keep adding in larger amounts as it drops. In my view, this isn't MMs divesting, but rather manipulation to get in cheap.

$Applied Optoelectronics(AAOI)$ The rest of the week is going to be all about NVDA, which reports after the close today. If NVDA disappoints, it will be taken as an AI slowdown and AI stocks will probably drop. If NVDA surprises to the upside, AI stocks could do very well the rest of the week. Either way, AAOI is growing revenue and the stock will follow. And it's still up 220% YTD.

In my view, the bull tends to shake everyone out so they miss the intermediate long move. I added at 115.50 average on the 3x ETF side, doubling up.

$SK hynix(SKHY)$  Not worried about the vote. Note that this was not about wages, but about profit sharing bonuses. Rejection of a tentative labor deal is not unprecedented at SK Hynix. The union previously rejected initial management-union agreements in both 2023 and 2024. In both cases, management and labor resumed discussions and reached a revised deal without triggering a production stoppage or full-scale strike. The most likely scenario is a peaceful renegotiation, with an 80-85% probability. Both sides return to the bargaining table to adjust the cash-to-stock ratio for the performance bonus, such as increasing the cash allocation to 60-80%. A second tentative agreement is put to a vote and passes.
